For example, when your tenants, who haven't slept in days due to bone-chilling whispers emanating from the walls, ask to break their lease, do you: A) Let them transfer their lease to another property? B) Allow them to break the lease, but keep their security deposit? C) Insist on sticking to the terms of the lease? D) Boldly investigate, like all the victims in bad horror films? How will you screw over your tenants? Will you ignore inconvenient supernatural phenomena, or use them to drum up publicity? How will you deal with ghost hunters, squatters, and celebrity tenants? Will you emerge as the top agent? Stage an office coup? Or will you become a permanent resident of 57 Crowther Terrace? (This game used to be called "Eerie Estate Agent," before we changed the name.)

I actually purchased this book. I laughed multiple times reading this. It is a story about a real estate agent renting property with lots of hilarious twists and turns along the way. The characters are memorable and the things that happen are really funny. Unfortunately just mentioning the funny things that happened could be a spoiler. The ending in which I failed spectacularly at trying to rent the house from hell was memorable and made me laugh. Excellent replayability. Highly recommend.

Ended up not enjoying this as much as I thought I would. This game really should be free. There _are_ some different endings and my favorite was taking over / starting my own firm. I am not even going to bother with seeing what the living at the house ending is like or becoming a drunk but beating up our enemy in the firm ( not the boss but the other realtor ) was fun. Just wish that it was more fun and there was more to it.

The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because it has no romances and sometimes I felt like I didn't have a choice in some situations

The reviews left me unsure, but really this is a game worth playing. Good story, entertaining and gripping. I got so in to this that my first playthrough was one sitting. Small bug at the end where you can cheat on your rival's score, viewing your stats then randomises their result, just keep visiting your stats to win or lose.

After being a bit disappointed by the last cog release I think this is a return to form - good writing and an interesting premise makes it a unique and interesting game. Replay value is there although the story hasn't changed too much for me in repeat play throughs but I'm keen to try again!

I was skeptical at first, readinng the description, but it turns out that CoG is trying it's hand at true comedy with this entry. While vastly different from previous titles, it had several laugh out loud moments, and I look forward to CoG trying more with the genre in the future. Keep up the good work!

I'm not one to buy apps, but this series is just too awesome, and this story is no different. Interesting premise, great writing, fun scenarios. I heartily recommend it.

This is a really easy to read, easy to follow quirky, witty and funny CoG game and I love it. It's short but has great replay value, and it's just a really funny story where what choices you make actually make a difference, highly recommended 5 stars!
