No clear description off material when ordering tracksuits, t shirts, etc should clearly state like J.D. app but you have to read the whole text to notice. Also the search bar is not great and dosen't always come up with the right items.

I would not rate this app 100% as it keeps saying my parcel has been delivered when only 1 thing came and they are hard to get hold off.

The worst customer service I've had to experience in a while. Sent me trainers somebody had clearly used as they had dirt on the sole. I've been promised and fobbed off for a week now as they'll issue the credit today, tomorrow plus add a random excuse. No matter how you contact them it's exhausting. Avoid avoid avoid

DO NOT USE Absolutely terrible company, I ordered my son a pair of trainers and waited about 2 weeks for them to be delivered then got an email to tell me they are refunding the money because the trainers they let me order are now not in stock but I have to wait 2-5 working days (it is now 4 days before Xmas and still haven't had the refund.

The app is nice and snappy to navigate through compared to the online website, however when adding items to my basket it says that there is a 'error' with it, so if the item you want doesn't have your size it won't add it to the basket which makes sense but it shouldn't show up on the list if I specifically chose what size I wanted. Please fix this!!
