Extremely Frustrating App. First, the new releases won't load. Then when I enter the raffle, its always a no go! Not to mention its supposedly fair, NOT. Bring back the 1st come, 1st served in person purchasing. These dunk lows used to be trash and now that they're popular, I can't obtain a pair to save my life, lol. Only for my kids, if that wasn't the case, I'd be done with footlocker period.

Whats up with the errors when I got to put any item into my cart? I must of missed the past 2 releases of the new js because of this problem. I wont be giving any more money to you people. And also what's the sense of showing shoes and having the sizes listed for sale but when you click on it to buy it's always sold out? Trash app.

The app allows bots with proxy to buy ahead of people and crashes the moment of drop rendering you a loss on any new Jordan sneakers. Evey Saturday you can be sure stock x, goat and other apps will over take to cause prices to go up. They do not do address matches on more than one pair purchased and proxy will mimic your IP and Mac address for max buys to sell at a higher price. There should be a class action suit against Nike for allowing this scam to continue.

Terrible, Absolutely Terrible. Had no idea an app could have so many bugs. every little thing was an "error" would rate 0 if possible 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️only reason I still have it is cus finish line doesn't deliver to my area

Always errors when loading, barely ever works. I've entered over 100 draws and never selected. This app is garbage!q

Absolute trash. They need to figure out a better system for their reservation confirmation. How is it possible that I get selected for a shoe and can't confirm because the app keeps crashing? Then it's "too late" to confirm. Not fair. This is the one thing the foot apps should prioritize after so many complaints. I don't know what they're waiting for. I wish I could give them no stars; one star is too many.

Man I do love this app. But it is bug Ritten like no other. I can't do anything. Releases won't load up. I keep getting errors just for entering a raffle now. I can't even check most my raffles which causes me to lose points. It's very very upsetting because I spend alot of money here.
