I like this, really hides files. It does not hide the folder of the content your hiding though so that's kinda strange. Also, as far as backing up data to the cloud the only choice there is is Dropbox wich I can't stand. Why no g drive or one drive? Dropbox sucks.

I know I should have tested the free version of this app first I jumped the gun and went ahead and paid for the full version and I can say is terrible. It doesn't access all my photos on my phone only certain folders I have thousands of pictures and videos on my phone if it only shows access to maybe 100 at the most. No other images photos camera roll videos show up for me to protect it put it in the safe. I don't know what to do I would definitely want money back even though it wasn't that expe

I'm under the impression this app gave my phone malicious adware. It took me two months to narrow it down and it disappeared after I uninstalled one app: this one. Downloader beware. (I have no proof, and if the dev wants to dispute this and why my adware issues started when I downloaded this app and ended the minute I uninstalled it, they are more than welcome to. NO antivirus identified any adware/malware or anything, but using my phone it was supremely obvious it was infected with adware.

I'm not sure why so many people are having problems with this app but I am not. It is preforming as advertised, for me. The only reason I have not given 5 stars, instead of the 4 is, the file brouser sucks. Finding the file that I want to "hide", is archaic.

It keeps erasing my notes and pictures. Answering the comment below Hi, I already tried that and didn't work, the problem is i.e. i have a note with a password 123 and i can see this portion on the preview but when i open that note nothing is in there, and this happened couple times to me, to avoid this problem I try to save very small notes.

So it's called "FOLDER Lock", but the one thing that it doesn't let me lock, is a FOLDER. I want to be able to simply lock a FOLDER, so that any attempts to access it (and thus, of course, any subfolders under it) will prompt the user for the Password/PIN. That seems to me to be a logical desire from an app named, "FOLDER Lock".

Update: Reinstalled and recovery was successful. Worked great for a few weeks, now crashes every time on load. Great app if it works, and i don't want to seek a refund if they can get it fixed. Samsung Galaxy S8+.

# stars due to The "stealth" mode outs the calculator icon on the built in UI launcher which I do not use. This renders the stealth mode useless. The Folder Lock Pro icon appears in the running services of the notification area and clicking will open the app. 2 major fails to me

The App stops locking the folders constantly and allows secure applications to be accessed without having to authenticate. I have to reopen the App to restore its security features which is completely frustrating.
