Update 2021-07-01: I was able to update and add the remaining sensors. Thank you! Update 2021-05-09: Thanks for informing me of the new update but only version 5.6.0 is posted. How do I update to 5.6.3? Bought new sensors just before the announcement they're moving to a new app. 3 of the sensors won't connect on the new app. I don't want to return the sensors but that's looking to be my only choice. Such a shame, I really liked these...

Over the past few weeks, the app has failed to synchronize data or pull up my individual plants when selected. I have tried contacting the company by several methods (email, FB, in the app) and have not received any response. It appears the app is being abandoned. Which is too bad, because when it worked, I loved it. Edit: latest update 4/13 seems to have fixed things!

Easy to use 1 device and multiple plants, for convenience, and because it worked flawlessly, I eventually got 4 monitors for 4 plants. Recommended for anyone who doesn't get an answer when listening to plants or who's thumbs aren't naturally green. I have never had a plant that lived in my care, now after 3 months the are doing OK and all have new grown. I don't want to jinx them but THEY LIVE....

Takes multiple times to get bluetooth to connect. The app is also missing quite a few of the plants i own and i can't get any other plant aside from one on this device. I will say the info on the one plant is good except the light sensor does work at all... for $30 i would expect multiple plant use and an easy connect. The app really needs to add more plant type data...

Keep getting error message from app when I try to establish a new account that it can't send the verification email. Will update if it ever works. UPDATE: Today the app finally *thinks* it sent me a verification email, and gave me 60 seconds to enter the emailed code into the app. An hour later I still haven't received the email. App uninstalled; Device returned to vendor.

Requires an account with an e-mailed confirmation code. I have tried multiple times with long wait in between with hopes that something will magically start working but their system is broken. I have e mailed them but have to received a response. This craplication is useless and now i need to find another way to access the devices I purchased from these people, over all a terrible end user experience.

App should not require sign in every single time you open it. Too bad the app does not have a way of taking a picture to identify the unknown plants. Some nice features in the app. I wish the app would replace the stock photo of the plant, with my personal photo from my plant diary. even though my settings are English it still shows some prompts in Chinese. No way to edit diary or change date within diary. Should be able to switch plant position in list

All in all a useful poduct and app.takes away guessing. Most plants do not come with scientific names, so I have to look each up to find them. Additionally you cant add missing plants to the database. Also, no option to enlarge the print, or instructions on how to use the app.

I can not connect this device without actually uninstalling and reinstalling flower care every single use. This makes this entire process useless. The device has all the permissions it says it needs and it still doesn't work.
