Description
Fitpuli is a digital wellness and activity support application designed to promote an active and health-conscious lifestyle in the workplace. The app is available to employees through participating employer health promotion programs.
Personal Wellness & Awareness
Fitpuli helps users better understand their daily activity, sleep patterns, and basic physiological indicators related to fitness and recovery. The application presents these data in a clear, user-friendly format to support personal awareness and long-term lifestyle improvement.
Educational Content & Journaling
The app includes activity tracking, sleep monitoring, and educational health content developed with medical professional input. Fitpuli provides general, non-diagnostic explanations and journaling tools to help users track:
* Physical Activity and Fitness routines and goals.
* Weight and Nutrition awareness and dietary habits.
* Mental and Behavioral Health, including stress handling and mindfulness.
* Medicines and Treatments consistency through personal habit journals.
Data Integration
Fitpuli can be used independently or together with compatible wearable devices. Users may optionally opt-in to sync data via Health Connect to offer a more complete overview of their daily activity and recovery.
