It's broken since last update. All input in settings page are blank. Even checkboxes of high performance/low power mode. If one of them is disabled the other one must be enabled. Codec chooser doesn't work at all (doesn't show list of codecs). Fix it and I'll change the review. This app version is useless.

App used to work fine, now it won't "save" my preferences for my BTR5, not sure why. EQ, car mode, etc all revert back to default settings when I exit the app. Somewhat frustrating.

Somehow the app is not recognize my headphones UTWS3 anymore (they connect and sound great), I don't see them on the list - onky the BTA30 which is also not connected - gives me an error: can't connect, try unpair / pair, but nothing happens... Please get better software developers... a great hardware with a bad software is useless! If, I'll ever give up on your products, it will be because of the Bad, Trash, software full of bugs and limited - like the EQ, wich is not customizable....

Most features of the app work great.(L/R Balance, Interface Volume etc..) Not having the ability to create a custom equalizer profile, however, makes the whole app pointless. On top of which, all 3 preset equalizer profiles make most IEM's sound worse than when listening without. Getting a good way to create a custom E.Q. profile should have been a day 1 feature.

Alright when it works properly, needs improvements. It's a bit slow and the controls could be better. Only 1 custom EQ possible. Makes it impossible to save profiles for different audio devices/systems. I'd like to delete all the EQ presets, they aren't useful. Navigating presets is janky and clumsy. Needs more explanation on what options do. The firmware for BTR5 still puts unecessary wear on the battery. I told FiiO this a year ago referencing scientific studies on lithium batteries.

Seeing lots of negative ratings and not sure why. It seems people are misunderstanding what the app is for. It's a companion app for specific devices, which are listed in the home page. I've only had it installed for a few mins and so far it works perfectly with my BTR5 - has everything listed except for firmware update. You can select which codecs you want to use, control timeouts, EQ etc. I'll give it 5 stars when I've had more time with it and if no issues crop up...
