Description
FICS-ID is an acronym for Field Information Collection System, i.e. it is a data collection system relating to all the assets present in a plant.
FICS-ID can be both an independent system and integrated with Maintenance-ID, of which it retains the main characteristics: Cloud System, Multilingual, Multi Plant, etc and to which it adds the following characteristics.
Inspection Maintenance: Each maintenance technician must carry out various inspection cycles organized in TOUR.
Predictive maintenance: Based on the values collected in the field, predictive maintenance interventions are scheduled.
Identification of the asset or asset components by RFID tag.
Some RFID tags are included with sensors and in addition to identifying the component under examination, a certification indicating that the operator has intervened on the component, also including automatic control of temperature, water, pressure and other fundamental characteristics of the component described in Analysis.
Data analysis with warning in the event that a component is "drifting".
Usability in ATEX environment.
Usability on Windows Mobile Devices Optionally also provided by telephone
Deep Learning system (artificial intelligence), which, based on the data collected and the fault history, can predict a forthcoming fault or recommend preventive maintenance.
