No integrations with SmartThings or IFTTT. App doesn't allow for color to be set on a schedule and music mode doesn't work. Not sure why they are called smart scenes as they not smart at all. Not many lighting effects to choose from and building your own is very tedious.

So far I give 3 overall. Price, picture quality and sound quality are all great. The app is lacking in other areas though. For instance, it would be nice, if when a, "motion activated" event is triggered, to be able to click on the freeze frame image and go directly to that segment of the video playback. Instead of having to scroll from side to side on the playback screen trying to find it. Some video playback controls would be really nice too. Such as, RWD, RWD10 sec., FF, FF10 sec., etc.

Many options in the app do not match the devices. Trying to get schedules set for automatic run times is next to impossible. Other wifi bulbs on the same network, no problem. Feit wifi bulbs, big problem. On sale at Costco is $9.98 for a 2pk. Normal price is $19. No way in the world would I pay $10 a bulb for these bulbs! Not with how hard to get them to stay connected to the network. Feit has to up their game to even have a chance of competing in this market.

The app works fine for what I use it for. however, the customization of the light effects is poor, especially with the fade effect. The fade effect is only customizable to a point where you can change the colors it cycles through, but not the speed at which it does or how smoothly. And for the life of my I can't get the schedules to work. I do hope they update the app for added customization otherwise I might just find another one.

This app is very inconsistent with connectivity to my lights! One time I'll turn it on and only 1 out of 3 lights will be on in my group, the next time none of them may be on, and then the next time they all are on. There's no easy way way to reset once they aren't connected (refresh doesn't work, closing app doesn't work, etc)... It's when I close it and try again the next day or several hours later! Very frustrating to say the least! It's also very difficult to configure in the first place!

I'm having a lot of issues with the app. I'm using it for light bulbs. The widgets work okay for doing basic turn on/off or activating a scene, but the app itself is VERY buggy. It stops recognizing my touchscreen taps & I even have a hard time closing it. I know it's not a problem with my phone because all other apps recognize my touches instantly.

Lots of options in app, which is why I gave it 2 stars, but the one option that I want isn't working which is the Notifications. The camera records movement but the app doesn't send a notification to me so I know what is going on. Was told by FEIT customer service that it's a known problem that is affecting a lot of users but they didn't provide an ETA on when it will be fixed. Will reevaluate if we stick with FEIT products or go with their competitors who have proper working apps.

Its frustrating and difficult to vet the cameta to connect to wifi and stay online. Camera only takes 1 photo per incident, and thats only sometimes when it detects movement. The 360° feature isn't very reliable either. I won't buy another feat product again. I bought 2 for security purposes at $150 each. Never again.... I'm very disappointed in this product!

Horrible Same problem as everyone I got 34 and all problems. The app is not noticeable and everything should get refunded and taken off all store shelves. Update after having the bulbs for 10 months from my previous review. the bulbs do not stay connected to the app or the device To include the Wi-Fi. this product has been nothing but trouble since day one and the quality of the product is not good. even the stores are putting it on discount aisles don't buy the only Brand bulb not purchased.

20211031 update: It's not great reasonable for the frugal. Its had moments when it works great then several cameras go offline and have to be reset. The camera view will be in black and white instead of color. The updates rarely push through when requested. Diagnostic uploads fail. The more Feit devices you have (and yes modems/ routers have been upgraded, some improvement) the more it has trouble staying online to work.I have Indoor mini cams, color changing light bulbs & outside cams😑.
