As Useless as FedEx Itself. UPS under promises and over delivers. If DHL says your package will be delivered between 3:15 and 3:17 PM, it will be there at 3:16. FedEx, when they get around to it. The most useless delivery service on the planet, and their app is no better. I have a package that has been in Chicago for a week now, and this is not the first time. The app says only Pending. For a week.

Experience was poor. Mobile app doesn't provide correct information. Delivery date was set and it was supposed to arrive by end of day. Package didn't show up and app gives no information as to why. It says signature is required upon delivery so I made sure to be home. Called their service line and spoke with a person. He said the app was wrong and it should show up 'sometime' this week. Helpful considering it needs a signature and I can't find anywhere to request not to sign.

I like the app. Updates are timely and accurate. App is easy to use. Setting it up is easy also. I give it four stars because it lacks features that give real time updates the day of delivery. This all state a time range when d livery will occur. Another carrier I use allows me to track the progress of the delivery in real time on a map, allowing me to stay available as delivery approaches. I lie that feature very much.

The app works well. The actual delivery services have been disappointing. The app reports the package will be delivered by the end of the day, and then when that passes, it reschedules it for the next day, and so on. I took 4 days off of work one time waiting on a mattress delivery with this "end of the day" business getting rescheduled several times. I can't blame the app for that but when people plan their lives around receiving a package, maybe don't string them along...

Ship anything but FedEx if you can. Had to cancel trip plans because my important package went from Utah, to Arizona, to Nevada, then California and sat there when it should have just gone to the destination in Phoenix, Arizona. App doesn't give much in the way of status. It's telling me my package was supposed to arrive 3 days ago. Not my first irritating experience with FedEx sending my package everywhere but my doorstep.

This could be a really useful app, but it doesn't automatically track based on my address or emailed confirmations, I have to manually search each number for it to show up. I registered for delivery manager, but when I try to use any of its features the app asks me to register again, only to tell me I'm already registered, so I'm stuck in a useless loop.

Less than a star should be an option. I did everything to get my package, left work for multiple hours, called customer service, and you still did not allow me to schedule pick up or a window even (on the app) . Your delivery person also lied and said they came during the window yet I was at home waiting. I truly loathe FedEx. You have wasted both my time and money. I am single and work overtime, I cannot do whatever I want when I want, I left a note on the door even, explaining. I. Hate. You.

I chose to use the hold at location option as I wouldn't be available to receive my package on the scheduled delivery date. The delivery was rescheduled for a day later at that location. The last tracking scan said the package was on vehicle for delivery and then nothing for 6 days. All I got was that it was not yet available for pickup. I finally called FedEx and discovered that my package had been delivered to the location 5 days previously!

They are 98% on time and with your package intact. But the tracking could use some work. It's not totally right with the updates. Other than that I think they really good at deliveries. Two thumbs up! And the app is pretty good too. The GUI is really above par I'd have to say nice work. And customer service is pretty good as well.

Update: This company is the Worse! They never deliver your package when promised. Just recently I had a package expected in 2 days and it didn't arrive until 10 days later. It stayed in pending status forever. Cannot login to App. I'm not sure why you cannot access the app to track a package unless you access via your gmail. I had to access my tracking number for a package via the email message BUT NOT directly from the FedEx app. It only says login unsuccessful, try again later.
