    This is the second time in a year that I've been logged out of the app without doing so myself & couldn't log back in. All tracking was gone via website too. The customer service lady had no idea how to check into it via app or website & seemed to lack the knowledge. She said I wasn't set up for the Delivery Manager service, which I am. I finally gave up, played dumb, and asked her how to do so, then thanked her for her time and got off the phone. Representatives should be more knowledgeable.

    fedex near me This app is very Frustrating. When it works it's great but it continually locks me out. I am able to log into my account from the web but 99% of the time when trying to log into the app I get an incorrect user name and login. Even using my Biometrics gives me the same error. If I try and enter a tracking number I also get errors even though the number is legit. This app is full of bugs.

    number On Monday the app seemed to log me out of it. I have tried every day this week and it still is telling me to try again later (10 minutes). I have several packages that I was in the process of tracking and an unable to see them now. The odd thing is I go to the regular website and am able to login but again no shipments being shown there. Up until this week I was very pleased with the app as it has made it simpler to keep tabs on shipments. Hope this bug is resolved soon so that the app works.

    fedex customer service Very easy to use and very accurate. One thing I wish they could do and that would have to have a map and show the moving truck via GPS. This would be extremely helpful for packages that need a signature. This would enable busy mom's know if they have time to run to the store or pick up kids.

    fedex careers You guys need to fix your fed ex manager enrollment. Everytime I try to enroll for it, I am given an error that says try again later or that it can't e done through SMS pin at this time. It's ridiculous, I don't want to wait to receive the code in my mail box either, why can't it just work online through your system? I was hoping that your update maybe fixed this issue but it did not. Please fix this already fedex :(

    fedex phone number I thought USPS was bad FedEx is on par with them miss my package saying not accessible but UPS can now I have to reply on their app thats not working. Try to scan my bar code of an Delivery attempt, but the app doesn't scan it right at all. Keep getting an error and no way is the apo useful to prevent the Delivery attempt since I live in a apartment. App needs more features since FedEx can't deliver stuff in people's apartment.

    fedex jobs This is probably the most frustrating app on my phone. It randomly stops working for days at a time, logging you out, then when you try to log back in it says to 'try again in a few minutes'. I have two packages en route right now that I cannot track due to this. Push notifications have never worked on the two phones I have used with this app and I have checked the settings multiple times. I just want this app to work 100% of the time, not 25%.

    Useless. Doesn't accept UK Tracking. The app would be only necessary if the delivery has defaulted. Which, Lo! and Behold! It has. No means of what state delivery is and late. No phone support. FEDEX Useless

    Two trick pony. Try to login and the following message pops up: "Login unsuccessful. Please try again later." Enter a tracking number manually (without logging in) and the following message pops up: "Tracking unsuccessful. Please try again later." Prpos for consistency.

    This app is useless. I was able to track my packages 1 time. The next time i tried to log in it says my password is incorrect. So i clicked on forgot password. Tried to reset that took forever. Finally got it done. Once i got it reset it still says incorrect password. So i am unable to track my packages now!!! Very unhappy with this App.

    Mixed bag. Plus: 1. It will remember tracking numbers and give me alerts on my phone (UPS app won't!), and 2. allow me to give them nicknames so I know what the numbers are. Minus: 1. unstable, crashes when switching screens. 2. UI loses data - when trying to nickname something and switching screens to look something up when I come back all my data is gone. 3. UI doesn't adjust to keyboard - when manually entering tracking number have to hit escape to uncover the "submit" button.

    This app has issues with the tracking screen. I have v.8.2.1 (28) on a Pixel 2 running Android 10 with August security patch (current). The Shipment List tracking screen gives an error every single time I try to access the full tracking information for any and all items. "The action you requested could not be completed at this time. Please try again in a few minutes.". Makes the app kind of useless as tracking is the number one thing I want it to do.

    Works reasonably well. Still cannot get automatic push alerts unless you already know you have a package coming. You have to log in, track the package then request push alerts on that package. This kind of defeats the whole purpose of push alerts for me.

    Excellent. I like being able to track packages in real time as well as seeing prior shipments and their delivery times etc. Would be nice to have a map showing a little FedEx truck so that you can know more precisely when the driver would arrive with your packages.

    As others have said, the app used to work but for the past week or so simply won't load. It just endlessly spins on the loading screen. Edit to reply to developer: If it won't load telling me to tap something "after logging in" to fix it just demonstrates that you have either not read/understood my complaint or have no clue what you're talking about. Possibly both.

    Tracking information, at least for me, is spotty at best. It takes a week for tracking information to show up. I must be the lucky one. Only reason for adding 2 stars is because eventually, after weeks,, my packages arrive.

    Since last update, the app has quit functioning correctly. All tracking sits in pending, even delivered packages. I keep getting error messages on new numbers. Please fix this! It was a great and helpful app, but now it's basically useless.

    Edit : Sorry but you should have given me that advice when I complained about it months ago, I've already deleted the app and have no interest in reinstalling it. Noticed an update but it didn't fix the problem, still getting the "action you requested cannot be completed at this time" so this so is useless for tracking packages. Luckily I don't use FedEx if I can help it so I don't really care at this point. After many months without a fix, I'm deleting the app, Bye!

    Useless app from a useless carrier. Needlessly reloads data instead of temporarily storing it. Watch/notify flags are removed when carrier reschedules delivery. How FedEx stays in business is beyond me, considering their inability/unwillingness to deliver packages at all, let alone on time. Edit 9/23/20: no longer works at all, even after rebooting. Typical useless FedEx. Deserves zero stars.

    App is OK at tracking packages and managing alerts. But I wanted to sign for a package ahead of time and it would not give me the option to do so. I now know this is because this package required a physical signature at the time of receipt. But it would have been very useful to know that from the app. Grey out the option with a simple explanation if I try to click. Also, a competitor app will give the exact location of the truck. This is useful if I need to step away for a few minutes.

    Two days ago it was FINE. I could see my packages, they were all there. Now? It says I don't have any BUT I DO. It was easy to just go look at the status of my packages in the app, now if I want to track something I have to go to the website and enter the long tracking #. FIX THIS. Otherwise what's the use of the app? And before you suggest clearing cache, or uninstalling and reinstalling - I did that. Not stupid.

    Good app gone wrong. Horrible interface that makes no sense. It is really confusing on how to register. Many ppl have had this issue as well. I got a confirmation email saying I successfully registered. looked up a tracking number, clicked on manage delivery options, and it basically prompted me create an entirely new FedEx Delivery Manager account. UMM, didn't I just register?! Oh, and I never received the emails/texts with the confirmation codes. Sent out a request twice. Disappointed.

Force stop, clear cache, phone restart, nothing works to resolve this. Except this... a permanent uninstall and choosing UPS or USPS whenever possible. Bye.

    What a joke. 1) when calling they ask for your account number... which isn't available when viewing your account online or on any of the emails they send you. 2) there is no option to request an airway bill or a manual option, they ASSUME everyone has a printer EVEN when offering an envelope (you'd expect they'd print the details on it!). The processes are amateur. Someone should test your process out from start to end. Absolute stupidity at times.

    Won't let me add notes. My apartment is kinda obscure and I've had trouble with deliveries in the past going to the wrong address. So I like to leave a description of the apartment in the notes. However, it will say the notes have been saved and then the notes won't show up. Please fix this. I've tried several times to add notes to no avail and it is quite frustrating.

    As usual, the drivers & the app don't work. The app never lets me sign in with my fingerprint or password. I get the "login failed, try again later" message or I just get a white screen & it never even gets to the fail. I wanted to "manage my delivery" after another lazy driver again today gave a delivery exception that "customer was not available or business was closed" when we are a RESIDENCE, NOT A BUSINESS & WE HAVE A DECK BOX CLEARLY MARKED THAT IT IS FOR PACKAGES & OUR DOGS WERE LOCKED UP.

    If its free its good for me. Ive had multiple packages rerouted by the upside of my make up team. They even filled out a let me know for in my name so they could pick the package up or gave it routed to their addresses from usps. So sad. Didn't even know that was a thing. Then I got a copy of it in the mail. Didn't even have my correct email on it. They are investigating. But I'll never see the makeup again. Bc the company just sees where it's delivered. Apparently not what address. Good grief.

    (1) Alerts are not automatic and almost always delayed, so, what's the point of having the app if I have to manually log in to track a package? Amazon shows you where the driver is so at least you can prepare especially for heavy items. (2) Not enough space to leave clear delivery instructions. Most frustrating thing ever!!! I have been home waiting for packages but there is no call, no text, no alert and no way to know where the driver is so they take package with them. ugh. 😤😤😤😤😤😤😤

    App won't load tracking data, cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times, nothing. App used to work well, seems liek something on FedEx's end, or the need to actually update thier app for once. It's a shame because the delivery manager is a pain in the ass to get to work on thier website too, if I cna find it again, it's almost impossible to find on the website anyway.

    When trying to use the "contact for help" option, it was impossible to get through their automated voice system. It's so bad that it makes me wonder if they made it this way intentionally, to avoid dealing with problems If I've opportunity to request that a retailer let me choose the delivery service, I will say anyone but FedEx & if everyone does that maybe we can drive these incompetent fools out of business Tell all your friends to download the app just so they can give them 1 start ratings

    I have used FedEx app many times for my job. I have been able to keep up with very important shipments and track thier progress. It helps with the piece of mind knowing I can check anytime I feel the need and stay updated.

    The app is just as bad as FedEx shipping. So I download the app to try to access delivery manager, since we all know it rarely works on the website. But shocker issues with the app. I try tracking and it says action unsuccessful try again later. Sometimes it shows up, sometimes it doesn't. 90% of people have the app for tracking purposes. We all understand FedEx lags behind literally everyone else, but could you manage to at least make a working app. My 11yo made a more functional app.

    This app won't allow me to fill in the "country" field in registering, as it's auto filled. Then, it tells me to go back and fill in the locked field. This makes the app absolutely useless. The only thing more frustrating is their phone automation. Waste of time and space.

    I needed the app to control a delivery...wanted to to do digital signature for a package so I can receive it while not at home... Signature doesn't work... Multiple times... So I tried "hold at location"... That doesn't work... They fail to deliver ( signature).. So I leave work EARLY just to "pick up after 3:30" because they'll return to sender soon.... I drive across town... Guess what? It's not there. Still on truck somewhere. ...Are you kidding me?

    Stopped working -- app doesn't move past the loading screen. Before Fedex support tells me to uninstall and reinstall, here's a better idea: fix the app to recover without user intervention, like every decent app ever shipped in the history of software development.

    It worked at one point but now it won't go past the load screen. Endless purple circle goes around and around but never does anything else...5 minutes: spinning...10 minutes: spinning...11th minute: uninstalled. I'll just go to the website. The app is now completely useless.

    The app works great. It holds on to everything tracking wise and recognizes tracking numbers if it's in my clipboard. Plus I can set it up to alert me on certain packages. And the little "we love you too!" Easter egg genuinely makes my day everytime. Definitely my favorite shipping app

    Whenever I need to know where a package is all I need to do is type in the tracking number and I get all the latest details, in transit, pending delivery, being held at a facility due to weather or other. Plus I can have daily updated notifications sent to my phone. Thank you

    General a good app. Occasionally needs to be restarted because it stalls. Also will redisplay items that were previously delivered even after having been deleted. Overall still worth having.

    This app never works. & on the rare instance that it does I set up text notifications. Because when I open the app none of my packages show up even tho I currently have 3 otw it says nothing to show. But I got a message that one just cleared customs. so obviously I would have never known that had I not set up text for each package 🙄

Its unbelievable a company would put out such a half assed app with their name on it. FedEx should take a look at the Purolator app to see how a courier app *should* work.

    Horrible App. Just want to check the tracking on a package and you have to jump through to many hoops including setting up an account. FedEx may know how to ship, but their app is horrible!

    The app is just as bad as the shipping. Without fail FedEx loses or mangles every package they bring (rural area), to the point that unless absolutely unavailable through other shipping services, I refuse to use them for anything anymore. The app is glitchy, and usually won't load your information anyways.

    The last few versions of this app will not load my shipments. Occasionally I get them to load and have lots of shipments but normally it says there is nothing to track. Not sure what the problem is.

    Great app, helps me track important packages easily. What i don't see the point in is the fact that it gives us the option to put delivery instructions and THEY ARE NEVER FOLLOWED. Other than that great app!

    This is the best shipping app I have ever seen. the greatest thing since sliced bread. It gives you updates immediately. And when you login it picks up every package you have in the system also it gives you the exact location of where it is. Hooray! Well done. FedEx.

    It would rate better if it would show a tighter window and track the see within an hour on when the truck will arrive like the UPS app. I get a lot of packages I have to sign for so with the window fedex app gives " the end of day" I have to set here all day with no idea if it will be delivered at 10 am or 5 PM. UPS tracking shows their delivery trucks location and gives hour estimates so I can get other things done and never miss a delivery.

    You can easily track your packages that you're supposed to receive and/or send to people. Has time and date etc the package will arrive to person. Easy to navigate. Can also order boxes and letters etc shipping stuff on app. Very useful

    Fairly easy to use. It'd be better if it saved your preferences on things like text or email notifications so you don't have to re enter them every package.

    The app foes not recognize my account. I reset the password sucsessfuly and got in one time but was unable to update my communication preference. Now it does not recognize my user/pass?what a crappy app.

    Horrible, doesn't recognize my address. I tried to register so that I could use the features of the delivery manager. However the app keeps giving me a message that my address is not a residential address and only residential customers can use this service. This building is full of tenants who would disagree. There are also many FedEx delivery drivers who deliver to this building daily who would disagree.

    Great application that works for you. Better if you have a Free FedEx login. Get added details, automatic texts, email, etc.. about packages to your address and more.

    Impossible!!! I have tried for several months to use this app but it won't let me in. It says my home address is not a residence, and FedEx will not accept a business address. PERIOD. There is no way for me to let FedEx know that they wrong. My residency (apt bldg) is in a business district but the building is residential.

    Not so much the app, but fedex has gotten sooo slow. You could get pkgs faster by way of turtle. Fedex sucks! Lost over $100 of merchandise because of fedex. I would not intentionally use fedex again!

    Useless app. FedEx tracking leads you to believe that by signing up for this app, you will have more details regarding package delivery, such as estimated time of delivery. "By end of day" means nothing.

    Grrrrrrrrrr!!! Was left a calling card with instructions to download app and scan barcode. WHERE IS THE SCANNER? I spent a couple of minutes clicking around and that's it. Off into the trash with you. Further waste of time to call the depot.

    I signed up for the pre-signed program. This way in conjunction with my video door bell. I can remotely sign for my package. It's already saved me three trips to the FedEx office.

    The app has a tight and clean interface. Once you've made a FedEx account, shipments to you are auto-pushed to your landing page; no more copying/pasting tracking numbers.

    This app will not let me sign up for delivery manager. keeps saying the code texted to me is invalid. tried 6 times and now it says error generating code. I just want to sign for my package because I will not be here when it arrives and do not feel like driving 30 mins to a FedEx location to pick it up. very annoying so please fix this super inconvenient issue.

    Works but it's only as good as the people who ever the information. FedEx make about of mistakes during deliveries and to change an address is painful and slow.

    This app and the online delivery manager is a complete waste. The descriptions purport to tell you delivery TIMES but all it really provides is the delivery DATE. Exactly the same information provided with non subscription online tracking. I will be uninstalling this app and will do my best to avoid using FedEx in the future.

    Last update was 7 hours ago from a location 1.5 hours away. Rearranged my entire day and cancelled plans in reliance on a package that was an hour and a half away at 11am. Don't really care that it's 730pm and no package but it would have been nice to get an update in the 7.5 hours since last one. According to the tracking app my package has been in the same place for 7.5 hours. What's the point in tracking if the updates are so infrequent. Fail. UPS shows real-time

    I've tried to register for the delivery instructions option but it won't even send me the activation code or whatsoever. It keeps saying "try again later". I tried everything from doing it on their website to downloaded this trash app because I missed my delivery and wanted to leave instructions, even though I swear I heard nobody knocking on my door the entire day, no notes or tag, nothing left to my door, but on the website it says "We made delivery attempt on 03.30" 🙄🙄 it's just so bad
