The cameras u sold me is the worst setup online recorder system, 1ST the setup demo videos is not even the same cameras I bought, 2ND these cameras u sold me have no info online recording setup, 3rd the demo video shows a SD card slot entry on these cameras NO SD CARD ENTRY. !!ATTENTION!! ""FDT"", IF I dont get a RESPONSES BACK WITHIN 2 WEEKS I'M posting on every social media network on the worst experience I had buying these cameras.

Just plain sucks. Used to recognize my FDT camera, not now for some reason. Works on my tablet and my wife's phone. You'd think the folks at FDT would figure out their software sucks and would fix it. Is it too much to ask? If there were other apps that would work with this camera, please let.me know!

the cameras are great! this app sucks big time! I have to click 5 or 6 times to get it to open. the first time it opens...it closes right away. couple more clicks and it acts like a real app! I've had this for nearly a year. how long until you fix it?. i see that I'm not the only one with this problem. is there another app to operate the cameras?

When this works...it's great. However, when the app crashes more often than it works and you have to try to open it DOZENS OF TIMES (or give up trying) before it opens, it loses value quickly. We use it to keep an eye on my elderly mother-in-law when we're not able to be home or have someone here for her and it is imperative that it work. I wish it did 🙄

Can you please fix the bug that this app is losing its configuration? After setting up the cameras and using the app two or three times, all the configuration is gone and I need to reinstall the cameras from scratch. This is really annoying and I have already done more than 20 times. Now this is enough. The camera hardware is good but this app makes it unusable.

Camera does not keep connected. Have to unplug Camera everyday. Useless app and Camera.

The hardware if fine, the App just does not work. Initially it worked then it losses the camera configuration and need to scan and enter camera config. every time want to open the app. Then the App stop working completely it just shuts down as soon as you try to open it. Customer service is not real they don't know the product. Don't bother

got cameras to work and can see what I need. wont record onto my phone. only sends you notifications from motion detection when you are on the screen look at it. wont notify you when something moves if you dont have the app up. what's the point of motion detection if you cant get notice when your not looking at it? good Camera terrible app and technology!!!

Terrible APP please, Please, PLEASE fix this APP the cameras are phenomenal, but this APP is Garbage...opens and closes instantly...ive invested a lot of money on these cameras and when the APP is working properly (10-15 percent of the time) I love it...but its so frustrating when you cant get APP to open...5*'s on Cameras...1* on APP....get a tech guy on this ASAP please!!!!!!!!
