What's new (as uploaded)
The bookshelf is now included in the main app. This package is kept for convenience, as some users prefer to run the bookshelf as a separate application. Actually, it calls an action in FBReader.

* The plugin starts FBReader Premium if the premium is installed, and the free version is not installed
* Clear error message if the bookshelf cannot connect to FBReader in background
* This is the last release of the plugin. We will not update it anymore. All new features will only appear in FBReader Premium
