Description
I'm trying to delete some default apps on my phone. When I had Gingerbread, they were indeed removed after deleting them and they dind't come back. Since the update to Ice Cream Sandwich some apps started to come back and are not removable.
These apps are redownload automatically after a few days as soon as I have got a Wifi connection, without noticing me:
Texas Hold'Em Poker Trial
Music Shop
My Vodafone
My Web
UEFA.com
Music Unlimited
These apps are just not removable:
Lets Golf HD!
Video Unlimited
PlayNow™
AppSelect
GameSelect
Download Games
Download Apps
Facebook
Facebook Extension
Facebook CalendarSync
FBix Post Viewer
FBix Setup
FBix Music Likes
Games and applications of friends
Music and videos of friends
That's 24,4MB in total. Apps I just don't use.
The strange thing is, I can't install new apps from the market any more, because there wouldn't be enough space anymore for installation. (I've got 110MB free)
Some apps are installed, but I can't use them, because there aren't listed in the app menu (e.g. Sound Recorder and Video Editor), while I would like to use these.
I seriously want to get rid of the useless preinstalled apps, because they take a lot of space on my phone. I've got auto update in the android market settings turned OFF.
