Description
The FASTTRAK Driver App allows your drivers to manage trips within a simplified user experience, providing continuous updates to dispatch personnel via the Fasttrak Ultimate and/or Express software. Prior to a trip, drivers have the ability to review and confirm customer trips that have been assigned to them.
Once a driver begins trip (En Route Status), the driver and trip will become "Active", capturing driver status and location for use within the dispatch software. The driver will have the ability to set the appropriate trip status throughout the trip, including On Location, On Board and Dropped. Drivers will also have the ability to set exception statuses including No Show.
Additional driver functionality includes trip messaging, trip ticket view, call/message initiated from app, passenger greet sign display, driver expense management, mileage input and return to base time.
