Fast Access: A tiny launcher or as Samsung likes to call it Floating Toolbox.
Fast Access features:
* Floating Apps & Floating Folders, are always going to be a click away from any screen.
* Backup & Restore FA settings & data across devices
* Plenty of within App customisation. (FA supports icon packs just like Nova Launcher & other launchers).
* Built-In Home button just by double clicking on FA floating icon.
* No ads, Really!.
* Loads more, like really Loads more.

The overlay system permission is meant for FastAccess to be able to display itself upon other apps and without it the app won't work.
