Edit to 1 star: the constant user interface changes have been bugging me, the app still crashes and It's now even more difficult to scroll through the timeline of saved footage on mobile. My cas has been scratched badly and I know the camera caught it, however I can't find it on the footage without watching over 10 hours of footage. It's a shame as it could be a really good app.

Since this update my camera is not picking up all human detection anymore at all! Not happy :( was going to purchase other cameras with you now can't. This update needs looking into urgently. As other people have had issues too going by the reviews. On purchasing this camera I bought it for the features which were listed and now they are not working. Really not fair on your customers.

I don't like the new update. I like the scroll bar. I can't find anything in folders. Please, please put scroll bar back on. Was so easy to use and view timelines Also don't like new pan and tilt button. It goes crazy. Touch it and camera makes a complete circle. Was hard to adjust my camera back . I'm also not getting notifications again. Just got all that fixed too. Is there a way I can install old version of this app?

Camera missing big movement events, witch my other brand camera will capture them, and sometimes will record pictures with absolutely no movement at all. Microphone recordings are over-boosted, close conversations can't be understood due to distortion Edit. Bring back the old version. This is not intuitive, linear scale for recording is much better. Also no preview of sd card recording is a let down, probably to push user into getting the cloud recording witch i find to be gammy and expensive

I want to downgrade this update 5.0.1. When I am viewing video history in full screen Horizonal view, the timeline is covering half of the right screen. I cant see full video. Previous version was perfect, it was showing all the timeline at bottom. I want horizontal timeline view back. How to downgrade my app version. Share old ver link here. Vertical timeline is not at all user friendly. It just showing empty and tiny squarebox in verical timeline, which makes no sense and totally useless.

On its appearance, this app would score fairly high. They need to focus on functionality improvements. Support is rubbish, you raise an issue and it doesn't get resolved / palmed off on the device - despite the issue clearly presenting itself on multiple devices (Samsung, Nokia, Motorola) - 15 months and counting. Unclearable notifications with unbelievable poor grammar. Non ringing or delayed ringing. Other firmware related issues. Currently spoiling a good product.

Not a fan of the latest update. Looks like everyone agrees. Best to recognize the failure and change it back. Finally added faster play, but it doesn't work for me on same router. New timeline is not better. Stop playing around, the app was fine! Playback seems choppy now as well.

Hello, the application worked really well for me in Trinidad and Tobago until the last update. The problem i am having is not being able to view the timeline or previous recordings. The app is not also showing a live feed it shows more that twenty four hours behind. Please assit.

I got the Ezviz camera + app for over 3 years, I've been seeing lots of improvements but I would still wish to add a few extra features! Feature #1 I would love to have a schedule on the alarm tab so I can reduce or increase sensitivity, at night/day time and if I need to silence the alarm! That beep kept me up a few nights a month! Feature #2 the led lights on the camera can be used as lights so it would be a nice feature!

Can't adjust the time the light stays on. Every time a car passes my house at night the headlights turn the light on. I have tried turning the motion sensors down and the range to min on the light but it still goes off and the light stays on way to long. When the light does go out. Along comes a car and its back on again.
