App is difficult to use, hard to connect both Android and Apple devices. When it finally connects the image quality drops and occasionally the whole thing stutters. Spits out annoying ads. When using screen mirroring on Apple I found I couldn't be hooked into the internet and mirror at the same time, so wasn't useful for mirroring while streaming. Wouldn't recommend, get a decent chrome cast and use google home. Looking at other reviews, customer service seems poor also.

Honestly I don't understand the usefulness of this device or the EZMira app. Can't use it to setup a wireless display using Miracast from my laptop or stream and the app is virtually useless. Should've spent my money on another Chromecast.

This is impossible to use I think it's a scam !! It does not Mirror from phone ! NO DEVICE found .. absolutey noting Tried many many times ... I have a Chrome Cast that works so easy this does not !!!!

App unloads too much spam on users. Edit: Developers answer is absolutely unrelated to my complaint. Looks like they run a bot. I bought their device, and it needs the app to run at all. An app shooting advertising at me every three of four days on the notification screen is a major PITA. One can endure this with free apps that deliver a benefit, but not if this is more or less a driver necessary to operate the device you paid in full. I am close to dumping the device because of these nag messages and upgrading the TV set to one that links with onboard means to my android phone. Edit 2: My phone was connected to the device, of course. That's what you use the app for. Spam didn't stop. Finally gave in, killed the app from all my devices and discarded the device for good. Learned my lesson the hard way. Will never buy from them again. I feel ripped off and betrayed.
