Google Assistant commands are not working. When I say Okay Google, Turn on AC, it is replying that CHANGING THE AC TO COOL but it is not turning on the AC. Also there is no documentation on commands to control AC. Please let me know the entire list of commands that we can use for Motorola AC and fix the issues. Trying to reach customer service on this but of no use. Not even shared the list in demo. Worst service.

Its working fine till today morning but after its not opening at-all and there was no prompt support for the app, have tried many times to reinstall and cleared cache but everything is in vain. Please guide what to do now...

I used this app ealier but since 26th April after updates it is not working and stucks at the splash screen. Please correct the update.

Working well for the Motorola washing machine. I am able to control all the aspects of a wash cycle. In order for Google assistant to work we need to connect it with Google home app. Connecting the app to Google home app has been a challenge. It always says I don't have any devices. EZ app notification says that Google assistant has control but the same is not true.

Motorola AC options are not fully available.App is behaving. Weirdly. Self cleaning option is comptely disabled. No updates or bug fixes from April. Atleast please transfer the app support to Motorola. Motorola please listen 👂 and resolve the concern. Worst experience from Flipkart.

Needs to have Fingerprint unlock along with pattern lock to the app. The UI needs upgrade, along with dark theme. Google assistance/ Alexa works ok sometimes but not good. It just turn on /off the machine but not able to use the interior options

The application is itelf serves no purpose rather just adding a bloatware on your device which will send you useless information and promise you service with payment in advance and not delivering the service once the payment has been finished.

It's good app but for motorola ac there is no option of starting it in eco mode, sleep mode in Smart automation. Please add that, it will be really cost saving. THANK YOU

Please fix it ASAP Previous Review: I'm using this app for my Motorola AC. It's working fine. I'm also using Google Assistant to control my AC. Is it possible to change up/down swing function using Google Assistance? What are the options available for voice command?
