4 months ago, I made 3 top up and amounts were not credited although credit card was charged. It took a month and a half of repeated calls (was told each time they would resolve my issue in a week but apparently not) before money was returned. I was told app is working now after the final call with a supervisor. Attempted a few times today and met the same problem.

Please add this app as globally available. It is currently locked to Google Play for Singapore only, which makes it hard for my wife to keep updated since Google keeps blocking her fr installing it (while on my phone and geo profile it works fine). I can't see any reason you wouldn't allow tourists to freely install it.

Needed to delete and reinstall when it stopped working. Stopped being able to top up ezlink charm after a week. Deleted CAN ID. Reset phone. Re-tried several times. Still doesn't work. It's not my android os because it worked just 2 days ago. Ezlink charm can be read with another app. Deleted the app. Rebooted. Reinstalled. Works again.

Cant even login or rest pswd. How u expect me to update my particulars ? Your app stinks! Dont ask members to login w/o logging in 1st yourself!!! Keep popping up "Oops! Something wrong! Please try again".

Essentially useless. Zero functionality outside of checking you care balance. Can't reload, can't autopsy, can't do anything about a lost card.

There's no updated version in Google play yet it is asking to update, I'm not able to check or topup my ezlink card because of this issue. Developer, please check. Thanks. Edit, saw the update today on app store. Yesterday there is no update available yet. The app should not block and force user to update when there is no updates on the play store yet.

You send notifications to redeem points but when I navigate to the rewards page, it shows "Error occurred. Please try again." Tried the same with Wifi and mobile data connection but doesn't work. Please fix this.

Top up failed and when it finally worked, it double charged my card. Top up only $10,reflected on ezlink $10, but deduct from bank $10 TWICE. Emailed many times for 3 weeks,no reply. Unreliable app and support.

Used to be great but it seems like they've removed the option to top up manually. Now there's only auto top-up, which only works with a credit card

I have updated the app, but once I tried to log in, it says I need to update the app again. How many times do I have to update!? I have uninstall and reinstalled the app and it is still not working.
