Description
With EZ APP , show what you see through your camera.
This App will allow support agents, and experts to view what customers wants to show through video streaming capabilities using back camera of your Android device. Customer will directly install the app on their mobile device by clicking on shared link through SMS.
During the interaction agent will have below facilities:
- Access customers rear camera
- Flash light control
- Screen highlighter to highlight specific areas on the video stream
- Share camera photo shots with customer
The app does not allow agents to access any data on customer's device.
