On my 5th week & noticing the difference in my overall mood & mobility. It's not easy with mobility problems to start exercising but the app is designed for specific conditions and has levels of intensity to build you up gradually. I feel very confident with the programme. I find using the app easy to use & like having it on my home screen to remind me to keep on track. I've not had any problems with using the app. I would like to see more exercise activities & different sound tracks.

I love the app but it has technical issues. The video always freeze while the time keeps going on... and it struggle to reset, to open... it's really unfortunate because it could be a fantastic app

I enjoy the ability to track my health week by week through the app, and the access to a range of activities of varying intensity. Sometimes I do the stored activities, other times I log when I go for a walk or run, to see how I'm doing in terms of overall activity per week. The ability to tailor activity to my specific goals and conditions feels unique and supportive.

Seems to struggle to open sometimes, often closes down mid way through my walks and drops any data. Also is unable to use my smart watch steps data. Frankly if I hadn't been told to use it as part of my physiotherapy after heart surgery I'd have given up on this app.

Not impressed. Seems to ignore any entries i as for blood pressure etc. Instructions say things like Press Start, when there isn't a start button.

Not impressed. Spent 20 mins doing a very easy exercise, just to get used to it. After, it wouldn't store my progress unless I added a heart rate. Couldn't do this. There was an option to 'ignore this input, but it wouldn't work. I went round in circles for 5 mins and still couldn't save my progress. Got so frustrated with it I closed and deleted the app. I just want an app to exercise. Its no good if you delete the app before you can get exercise. I'll have to find a more user friendly one.

Never trust an app that can't even check a password during set up. Data is not safe. Just checked again, still bugged. They can 'take issue' all they like. When you follow the password requirements in 3 different ways and it refuses to accept it then that's bad coding. Such obviously bad coding should never be trusted. When coders can't even use standard libraries properly AND fail to follow basic good practice and test their code then who knows what horrors lurk within.

Great app! Love that you don't need a wearable / activity tracker to be able to use it. The camera flash function to take your pulse works so well! Before COVID I used to cycle to and from work every day. Now I work from home my routine is out the window and I need help getting moving again. Thankfully I found this app 👍
