إثرائي هي منصة إلكترونية لمبادرة "البرنامج الوطني للتدريب عن بُعد"، إحدى مبادرات معهد الإدارة العامة ضمن برنامج التحول الوطني 2020. وتهدف المبادرة إلى رفع كفاءة موظفي الخدمة المدنية من خلال تمكينهم من تطوير مهاراتهم وزيادة معارفهم عبر بيئة إلكترونية تفاعلية بكل يسر وسهولة. فبمجرد التسجيل في المنصة يمكن لموظفي الخدمة المدنية الاستفادة من البرامج التدريبية الإلكترونية المقدمة عبر إثرائي، والتي تنفرد بمحتوى تدريبي معتمد وذي جودة عالية.
كما تتيح إثرائي لجميع زوَّارها فرصة التسجيل والاستفادة من العديد من الخدمات المعرفية والإثرائية في مجالات التنمية الإدارية وممارسات الإدارة الحديثة.
