LAUGHABLE!!! To change my password all a person would need is my personal ID number and my username. And then I'd be at their mercy. Amazing work. All aother apps I've ever used need only your email to change the password. This here is just unbelievable.

The new version of the app is not working correctly - I pass the CVV section but when I got transferred to 3ds secure payment it gives me blanck page and nothing happens, and the payment doesn't pass.

Fingerprint does not work for ages. Looks like nó one is supporting the app

Too bulky. Not user friendly. Does not process bill payments correctly, creates errors. Requires significant overhall. Not satisfied. Not recommended, much better to use direct payments from utilities provider website. Uninstalled.

I have no idea how the heck you guys do your QA there but lately, this app sucks big time. I had to discontinue a card, then to link another one. I did all that on my desktop. Now if I log in from a desktop, my new card is there. If I do the same on the Android app, it won't show up. If you happen to use Dpass, you are screwed up by default because you need a workaround to fire the whole thing up. It takes ages to set something that should be taking a couple minutes instead.

Very buggy and dangerous - no reliable Exit function after which it should as for the PIN again! Registration procedure is awkward but this can be ignored after all. Basic functions missing - transfer to bank account. I have to rely on browser version for most things. Browser version in mobile mode is more usable than this almost useless app. At least it is lightweight.

Good payment system, I've been using it since 2006. Huge coverage in Bulgaria (utilities, online merchants, cash desks) - essentially the go to e-wallet. The app can see some UX improvements and general polish, no wireless payment, thus 4 stars for the app.

Even after installing the app I am not allowed to charge my prepaid mobile cards. Shame epay for removing this basic functionality from web and mobile app!
