Eni Plenitude S.p.A.
The Eni Plenitude app allows you to better manage your gas and electricity supplies and pay bills from your device.
You can access the app with the data you already use for the Eni Plenitude Personal Area or for the Enjoy and/or EniLive services. If you don't have an account, however, register directly from the app by providing your email and your tax code.
What you can do with the Eni Plenitude app:
• Consult recent and past bills thanks to the Bill Archive, filtering the results by issue date or payment status.
• Export and save your Plenitude gas and electricity bills on your device.
• Activate the Digital Bill: receive bills via email as soon as they are issued to reduce the use of paper and avoid delays or forgetfulness.
• Use digital payment methods (Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal) to pay bills directly in the app.
• Pay by credit card without additional commissions and in total safety.
• Pay by direct debit from your current account: the amount will be debited automatically on the day the bill is due and you will no longer have to worry about anything.
• Pay in installments: customize the installment plan for each bill based on your needs, choosing the payment method, number of installments and frequency.
• Send the self-reading: communicate your actual consumption to avoid adjustments on the bill and pay only what is actually due.
• Consult the reading history: keep track of the trend in your consumption over time.
• Log in with biometric data: set up facial recognition or fingerprint to quickly log in to the app.
• Use the “Stay logged in” feature: log in to the app without entering your details every time.
• Monitor consumption in detail: analyze the consumption graphs of each supply, filter them by time period and compare them.
• Take advantage of the exclusive advantages of the loyalty program: sign up to Plenitude Insieme to receive new savings opportunities every month.
• Become more aware of your consumption: fill out the questionnaire and evaluate your appliances to find out how to use them efficiently.
