Employee Manager helps business owners, shopkeepers, factory supervisors and contractors keep track of their workers without a paper register. Mark who came in today, see what each person has earned, and give them a clean pay slip at the end of the month. It is a simple employee management system that runs on your phone, so you can start in a few minutes even if you have never used an attendance app. MARK ATTENDANCE IN ONE TAP The Home screen shows how many employees are already marked today and how many are still pending. Mark one person with a tap, or select several people and mark the whole group at once with Bulk Attendance. Choose Present, Absent, Half Day, Double, Overtime or Paid Leave. You set what each status pays, for example Half Day as 0.5 or Overtime as 1.5, and the app follows your numbers. SALARY AND PAY SLIPS WITHOUT A CALCULATOR Enter each worker's daily pay once. The app calculates the salary from their attendance, including overtime, bonus, and any advance or loan you note as a debit. Create a pay slip for one employee for a month or any date range and share it as a PDF or a message. MONTHLY SUMMARY FOR THE WHOLE TEAM Get everyone's attendance and pay in one report and save it as a PDF. Add your company name and logo so the report looks professional. If you also record company expenses, such as rent, bills and supplies, they show up in the same summary so you can see what the month really cost you. COMPANY EXPENSES Add each expense with a date and a category, look at any month, filter by category, and export a PDF. You can create your own categories. KEEP YOUR DATA SAFE Lock the app with a PIN, a pattern or your fingerprint. Back up your data and restore it when you change phones. Premium users get automatic daily cloud backup, and we keep your latest 20 backups.
