Description

From the listing uploaded by “appupdater”.

You can now share your organization Objectives Key Results or departmental Key Performance Index. Simply add a Goal in aPraise & add your colleagues as stakeholders. Everyone can then discuss & update the team goals together. Make it a daily activity so that each and every employee is fully engaged. This provides transparency & keeps the targets on everyones' mind. Employees can then ensure that every meeting they attend & every task they perform has some link to their objectives/key results. 360 degree feedback i.e. Peer Appraisals HR expects you to do it once a year.. you know that doesn't really work! You gotta do it now before you forget! Get instant employee appraisals from peers, supervisors & direct reports. Don't let workplace distractions stop you. aPraise is a simple staff performance review & appraisal app. It brings the fun factor into every employee's job. Plus it’s paperless, easy-to-use and unbelievably FREE! We also included an instant peer appraisal feature. 360 degree appraisals can be written at anytime as long as everyone has the app. This makes peer reviews so much simpler. Motivate each other by giving 360 degree reviews e.g. supervisor to direct report, peer to peer & even have direct reports give 360 degree appraisals to their supervisors. Each appraisal can be given specific ratings e.g. “met expectation”, “exceeded expectation”, etc. & tied to important core competencies like “leadership”, “creativity”, “initiative” and so on. Good peer appraisals can motivate colleagues to work harder for their peers.
