Emotional Intelligence (EI) is about how you learn to manage your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours to be both personally and interpersonally effective. This is achieved through the habitual practice of ‘thinking about feeling’ and ‘feeling about thinking’ to guide your behaviour. EI is related to performance, wellbeing, and satisfaction at work.
Emotional Intelligence (EI) Zone is your personal learning companion, which will help you to develop and sustain your EI. Through EI Zone, you can access practical tools, techniques, and insights created by PSI Services, leaders in Emotional Intelligence development.

Understand your own EI strengths and development areas:
Complete the Emotional Intelligence Profile, a scientifically validated measure of EI (if you have been invited to do so). Use insights from the feedback to help you focus your personal development.
Track your feelings:
Use the Feelings Tracker to improve your emotional awareness. Check in with how you’re feeling and why, as often as you want. Monitor this over time to see trends and view ‘key insights’.
Embed positive habits:
Complete a 21-day Habit Change exercise to help you build a new positive habit through repeated daily practice of a specific action. Record your progress and receive useful tips.
Share and support:
Share your learning with peers if you are on a development programme; motivate and support each other in your EI development.
