Worst app... purchased a chimney online now trying to upload my warranty on this app...as instructed by the helpline guy...but after trying since an hour but it's throwing me out of the app. If you can't let us updated the warranty online then stop promoting that you give 2 years or 5 years warranty on your product. Suggestions- let us updated warranty details with your helpline guys...it's more convenient...plus we know for sure it's done. Doing it on ur app is annoying experience.

From my experience this is not a genuine app.... I tried several times to sing up..... But I am not getting any OTP (majority of users are facing this issue)... I think there are using "Unfair Trade Practices" for illegally collecting customers details without the consent of customers..!. After the installation the first thing the app is trying to do is collect my contact list..!. The activity of this app is very suspicious.. I think the Google need to monitor this type of apps very seriously.

Very bad after sales. Treid to refuse to change in warranty. Product started to give me trouble after 21 days. Almost 15 days complain still not resolved.

Worst app and website. Neither customer care number works nor it's representative picks up the call. It's been more than a week that i got the product but haven't received any call for its installation. No one is replying for the same. Tried reaching and writing to customer care but it's not reachable.They are not reverting to emails. Elica has assigned one person but he is not picking up the phone and has blocked my number.

Wrost ever app, when i am trying to register for product tried to upload invoice but when i select image of invoice from gallery app is closing. It happened 5 times. Frustrating experience, first develop proper application from good developer. Then give to user. When trying to contact customer service they are telling register from app. Are you intrested to servive in market or not?? Otherwise soon you will vanish

after using the products for 8 months, services are not up to the mark. mobile app is pathetic. after using this mobile app its not worth at all. in an year you have to pay extra money for service means charges are extra. overall product sucks and services also.

I'm pleased to write that after my complaint on this platform, instant action has been taken and my Hob Top is working fine. Now I'm satisfied. I request Elica Management to check with executives attending complaints to ensure customers satisfaction. Had they heard me and conveyed to concerned depts then I shall not have raised my complaint on this platform. Anyway mistakes happen as we are human beings but those who learn from mistakes and correct them are the best among humanity.........
