أصعب حاجة في مصر إن الواحد يروح يخلص ورق أو يعمل إجراءات، و أكبر سبب للمشكلة دي إن معظمنا مش بيبقي عارف الخطوات و الورق المطلوب منه أو حتى المكان اللي بيقدم الخدمة اللي هو عايزها. الكلام ده كان زمان، "إجراءاتك" أول تطبيق بيدل المتسخدم على الخطوات و المستندات المطلوبه لإستخراج و تجديد معظم الأوراق الحكومية و غير الحكومية. مثال: الإجرءات و المستندات المطلوبة لإستخراج بطاقة رقم قومي، رخصة قيادة خاصة، كعب العمل، تصريح دفن، شهادة ميلاد، فيزا أمريكا، قسيمة زواج و حاجات تانية كتير أوي. و كمان بيقدم الخطوات في حالات مختلفه، يعني مثلاً في الزواج، بيوضحلك الإجرءات و الأوراق المطلوبة لزواج مصري و مصرية، مصري و أجنبية، أجنبي و مصرية، مصري و مصرية خارج مصر. "إجراءاتك" مش بس بيقدم دليل الإجراءات، ده كمان بيدلك على أماكن الجهات المختصة لتخليص الإجراءات و مواقعها على الخريطة. مثال: أقسام الشرطة، إدارات المرور، مكاتب الصحة، مناطق التجنيد، مكاتب السجل المدني و حاجات تانية كتير نزل "إجراءاتك" و اختصر المشوار One of the most exhausting issues in Egypt is the need of finishing certain papers or any requires procedures.The main reason is that most of us don't know the steps, the needed papers or even the places that offers these services.
