Not the greatest app....slowly going downhill...as of 2 days ago, seems that they have deleted all photos everyone has submitted...all my favs pictures as well. Address concerns mentioned in other review's are relevant, this app started off good when first introduced but is slowly sliding downhill in desirability & i can see myself removing this app soon. Just used 311 app again....what a piss poor app...used the location pointer for a issue, stupid app defaults to where you click submit

App is fine really but the City of Edmonton doesn't actually do a damn thing with the info you send them so what's the point? After 8+ requests none of them have been addressed, more than half haven't even been looked at. Uninstalling.

Decent interface, excellent city response I have used the app for a few years now. Some of the categorizations offered could be better but when I have reported an issue I have consistently been really happy with the attention it has received from city staff. If what you report is in their jurisdiction and is a valid concern they actually go fix it. Having this app on my phone makes me feel like a secret superhero, with the ability to save the city from harm one tiny report at a time 😄

Issues aren't addressed and closed, between this and the new waste management system this city is going downhill faster and faster

The location option seems to do it's own thing. I'll input a location and once its submitted, it seems to change the address I put in. not sure why. there is also no option to go back and edit your submission or close it if it has been resolved beforehand.

App works well, city doesnt. I've put in a few legitimate issues, and not hard to fix issues either, and they just get closed with nothing done. I'm all for citizens reporting issues, saves paying someone to drive around and look, but there is nothing ever done. Probably will give the app the boot.

Good app, easy to send in requests. However every time the app updates, it wipes out the Reporter's information and "My Requests" so now I can't follow up on previously submitted requests.

would be really good if they fixed the reported issue rather than the manholes. potholes. app address locator is difficult to input the area of concern. would be nice if it seemed like someone was actually reading the reported issue.

4 times I submitted complaint & did mentioned come day time to check as people park from morning to 5pm but it's a restricted parking area for 2 hours. Always write vehicle gone around 7-8pm even though you submit complain early morning & do mention park till 5pm . There's no point coming after that or at least come next day, day time to check. I have uninstalled it now.
