Description
The aim of the guideline presented in this app is to provide evidence-based recommendations on systemic treatment for psoriasis. It has been developed by and for doctors involved in the treatment of psoriasis.
The recommendations for the different treatment options are rated according to their strength. The guideline offers advice on patient monitoring, contraindications and adverse events.
Recommendations are also made for groups of patients who require special consideration when receiving psoriasis treatment, such as those with a history of malingnacy, HIV infection or impaired liver or kidney function.
The guideline has originally been published in the Journal of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology (JEADV) by Nast A, et al. J Eur Acad Dermatol Venereol. 2015 Dec;29(12):2277-94. doi: 10.1111/jdv.13354
