Description
Application is a part of the e-maintenance suite which allows measuring, analyzing, understanding and improving customer satisfaction and experience.
Example types of questionnaires captured by the application may be: survey, checklist or audit form, form with a wide range of parameterization (in terms of questionnaire graphical design and its structure).
Gathered data is stored in a central database located in a cloud.
Application functionalities:
- questionnaire presentation and data capturing based on advanced definition made on e-maintenance system
- surveys, checklists, custom forms
- question branching
- multiple questions on one page
- questionnaire layout parameterization (background, buttons, text font, size, colour, logo, working space, progress bar, etc)
- validation and autocorrection
- alert triggering
- multi-language surveys, and keyboards
- SMS and e-mail manager alert system
- social media (Facebook, Twitter) integration
- e-voucher marketing - integration with 3rd party marketing companies
