Sans préjuger de la taille des cabinets, ECF promeut l’exercice libéral et indépendant de la profession d’expert-comptable et de commissaires aux comptes. Majoritaire au Conseil supérieur de l’Ordre des Experts-Comptables de 2008 à 2016, le syndicat défend l’indépendance du professionnel, la prééminence de l’homme sur la structure, du client sur la mission et de la qualité sur la recherche du profit.
ECF est un syndicat patronal représentatif au niveau de la profession. Sa vocation première est la négociation paritaire de la branche des cabinets d’experts-comptables et commissaires aux comptes, qui est l’une des 50 plus importantes de France. ECF participe à la négociation de la Convention collective des cabinets. C’est une fonction essentielle pour la défense des intérêts des dirigeants de cabinets.
Without prejudging the size of the firms, ECF promotes the liberal and independent practice of the profession of chartered accountant and auditors. Majority on the Superior Council of the Order of Chartered Accountants from 2008 to 2016, the union defends the independence of the professional, the pre-eminence of the man on the structure, of the client on the mission and of quality on the search for profit .
ECF is a representative employers' union at the professional level. Its primary purpose is the joint negotiation of the branch of accounting firms and statutory auditors, which is one of the 50 largest in France. ECF participates in the negotiation of the collective agreement for firms. It is an essential function for defending the interests of cabinet directors.
