Tata Motors Ltd, Commercial Vehicle Division has embarked on the journey for Digital enablement of its "CHANNEL PARTNERS & RETAILERS". This mobile application is a step forward towards this goal. eCATS will support following features:
• Provide Tata Genuine Catalogue Search by VIN No, Chassis Type , Part No, Registration number
• Display image of the part for better accuracy & identification
• Help identify part applicability against the model
• Help identify alternate / interchangeable parts
• Display Tata Genuine Spare Parts availability at nearby channel partners on map
• Facility to fetch contact details of channel partner to allow call out
