Useful. font too small, size not adjustable. can't handle apps that require root access like system apps, kodi etc.... can't use Mega cloud. can backup app data (rooted or non rooted) or app (non rooted only) + data, can do one touch restore of your none rooted apps from cloud if you are not in rush or from your internal storage. Can back into external storage, but can NOT restore from external storage. Must copy data from external to internal storage before restoring!!

It placed my MMS photos into random people's conversations when I restored. How in the world did you manage to make your app screw up that badly?! I spent hours doing the backup and restore. For nothing.

Almost useless. I created a backup to my external card before resetting my phone. I can access the backup file from easy backup but no option to install it. Look for a backup app with full instructions or a way for quick feedback

Has always worked great. The only issue is that is has started using a significant amount of battery in the background, so I need to install and uninstall it every time I do a back up.

Installed this app and backed up to my SD. Put SD in my new phone and started the restore process, it came up with the SD location and then does nothing. I have emailed support with no response. I now have none of my data on my new phone - useless and frustrating.

Easy to use. Works very well. The ads are annoying, because they look like virus. The app may not have control of the evil Google ads.

Battery drain is one issue, but what on earth has been sent from my phone over night taking 700Megs of data? I have no scheduled backup and I never even setup any of online accounts. Sorry, cannot trust such developer making this kind of "mistake"

The first time you back up, it takes several HOURS. After that it's pretty quick. I haven't had to restore yet. Hopefully it's nowhere near as long.

On data bkup says can't write zip archive on usbotg but works on sdcard0 also on application bkup on usbotg doesn't work but works on sdcard0 on infinix hot note Android 4 4 2 pls tell me why & solution
