e-Token App is a mobile application that generates One Time Passwords (OTPs) used in the authentication of electronic transactions. COST OF TOKEN / CHARGES The Customer will incur a single charge of N1500 for activation of the e-Token. By activating the e-token on your device, you hereby consent to debit of the relevant linked account with the applicable activation charge. Note that the Bank may review the activation charge from time to time without notice to Customer. A one-time password (OTP) is a series of characters that automatically authenticates the user for a single transaction or session. It is also an alternative to the Hardware Token. Activate the App using the activation details stated below Register as an Individual Select Activation Method Hardware Token: Account Number + 4-digit Server PIN and Hardware Token Code Debit Cards: Account Number + ZENITH Bank issued ATM card (last 6-digits of the customer's PAN #) and the 4-digit card PIN Quick Access: Visit Bank branch and generate activation code required for enabling access on the E-token App Register as a Corporate Select Activation Method Quick Access: Visit Bank branch and generate activation code required for enabling access on the E-token App

1) For a soft copy with no material cost like hardware token, N1,500 is much cos of d nos of costomer base and its yearly as someone told me. Even if it is lifetime, still too much. 2) phones & app can crash, get formated or lost. So another paymemt to reinstal & activate again on SAME phone, even if it is different phone. It should be usable across devices. 3) No extra secrurity layer to get into the app. So easily accesible to others. No wonder the bank's app stopped working without token.

This APP is just a form of stealing people's money, there was no information that I will be charged a whooping some of M1,500. It due to charges that makes me avoided the hardware token right from time and perhaps all my only payment is always with master card which they do send me Token by Text & E-mail to conclude my transactions. Come to think of it this E- token is no advisable Incase your phone and bank card details is stolen, so my account can easily be wiped off of my money. Na wa ooo.

It is a easy going experience at least this is a new app as per se Zenith Bank eToken but it is not easy for some of us that has little experience so we barely know how to get code and activate or have an auto fill although i think it is the best app for now As a matter of course i was left with a Thousand Five Hundred Naira on mine formal zenith bank mobile app expect the balance to reflect on my present app

Good Morning, I am highly disappointed, can one be debited for the sum of #1500 without being Informed, nowhere on the app stated this policy, zenith bank, you can do better, this is ridiculous! I happened to format my phone, and reinstall this app ,will o also be debited #1500 on activation again? What's the point if its the same device?

This is another deceptive act by Zenith Bank, why not write it boldly under the app that it will cost 1500 why hid it very far under terms & condition where you know majority will not see it? It's fraudulent of you! To add salt to injury, the app does not work! Had to uninstall it. I'm leaving that account dormant until further notice. No be only una be the bank wey dey!

I downloaded this app and stalled it but i was charged 1500 upon activating it in my device, it really annoyed me because the app never stated that i will pay any charge but that aside, something happened and i had to format my phone. when i downloaded the app back on the same device it was activated, it was showing the exact same process i went through before i got debited the first time instead of showing a place where i can log in as one that have activated his/her account

Don't ever make the mistake of downloading and registering on this app, first a hidden charge of 1500.... would occur after sign up... rubbish Zenith Bank. On top that customer care go take like 20 minutes to respond to me... on top my own airtime.

Sometimes, is good to read the comments. I just downloaded this app and I decided to look at comments and review then I got to know that I will be debited of #1500 if I activate this app. So, not interested. Kindly read "about app info" anytime you are downloading from play store. It is stated there that you will charged with #1500.

I downloaded before and uninstalled , and downloaded again recently but still uninstalled only for me to be charged #1500 , the money is nothing but this app was never useful to me in the first place .So why should I pay for something that wasn't really useful ... ..that's really bad .

I have try to get through all the information sent to me l filled them in, my account number, last six digit on my debit card, my card pin, it shows verification fail, what is the problem with this bank app.
