Electronic public procurement mobile app provides mobile business users with a full access to the public procurement market in Bosnia and Herzegovina. You can discover business opportunities, be proactively informed on procurement notices based on your preferences on the subject of a public procurement contract, and communicate with contracting authorities in Bosnia and Herzegovina to clarify and sort out any question or issue you may have.

This mobile app is an extension of the national e-Procurement portal in Bosnia and Herzegovina, available at the https://www.ejn.gov.ba/. If you are not already registered and want to use this app as a registered user, you have to go through registration procedure available at the e-Procurement portal. This app is available for Android, IOS, and Windows Phone users.

Compared to the web platform, the mobile app has a limited set of functionalities mainly aiming to support anonymous users to search all published public procurement notices and the data on contracting authorities and economic operators registered at the national e-Procurement portal. Additionally, registered users can download tender documentation and address all procedural issues by communicating with relevant contracting authority through the app.

The app can notify both contracting authorities and economic operators on all relevant actions happening in the public procurement procedures they participate in. Notification settings can be fine-tuned to the needs of the users.
