E-Mitra is specifically designed to generate new leads from across the geography. VLEs are authorized GCPL users who will be able to access this app on their smartphones. This app will provide functionality to 1. Create new leads 2. Get status of leads as they progress in its lifecycle 3. Create new customers & contacts if necessary 4. Get news from GCPL about CE happenings. Apart from these functionality, App also provides information about GCPL locations with all contact details. It also has listing of all CAT merchandise which can be ordered. It has customer connect number in case to reach GCPL immediately. It also lists all running CAT products with detail specifications. Overall, this app is fully equipped to generate new business for GCPL.
