It works well and would be good if it were not the number one app for crashing with annoying Android messages telling me it has stopped (again and again and again and . . . ) Uninstalled and reinstalled many times on Samsung Note. Always crashing as a result of some bad module running in the background. None of the many other apps I use do this. Reported many times over more than a year. Installed again. Still not fixed 🤪 Edit: now uninstalled as it's crashing is a real nuisance

This app keeps notifying that it stopped. Like, every hour. Sometimes every few minutes. Thwn itll go hours w/o happening. But it is multiple times a day.

Mixed bag. Works reliably and no ads, but leaves a lot to be desired with remote templates, buttons and icons for "User-defined" remotes. There are no color buttons and no rockers, direction pads or differently shaped buttons. The only button available is a small round one. If you need a function icon that isn't covered by the rather limited selection included (although there are 3 different color schemes), you have to make them yourself or track then down. Not enough room for most remotes - needs to scroll screen to allow room for more buttons. It works, but it's not pretty or user-friendly.

Intermittent reliability. Keeps failing, telling me there is no internet connection or the device is offline. My internet is working just fine and the device is online. I've set up the timer function but sometimes the light doesn't go off when it's timed to go off. Help tab goes to "404, not found" page. Frustrating and useless.

Why pretend this is anything more than a basic con to sell the hardware. It would be better to use generic or open source software, as the device itself works fine. The backup option is clearly a con as it doesn't allow any backup but throws up a pointless error (something to do with a poor internet connection) to hide the inadequacy.

The app says my device is not connected to the internet even though it is. It cannot initialize my device. Please can you fix it? It's not only on my phone but on other two too... Edit. I could use it (hardly but still could) when I was in Dresden. Now I'm in Darmstadt and it's not working at all. It says I'm offline and not connected even though I am. So I would love to give less than one star but unfortunately it's impossible. It should be rated as -10. Not even a slightly good app.

Since 2020. February 26th the servers completely stopped working, not possible to login and use configurations. Because of that the remote devices are also completely useless now. This is the danger of useing cloud service based tools. I did that as a quick and dirty solution, I needed something that worked instantly. Well... Lesson learned... Never again!
