Du is has the worst customer service in the country.I was trying to close my account for more then a month and every time they would say it's under request and then in the end they canceled it and charged me for the whole month that I even was not using it.I went twice to the Du customer care office spent hours on hold, spoke with customer care billing, collectiok departments heard so many lies from different employees but my case was never solved. My money was never refunded.Terrible experience

These people called me for new plan. I said no They said I can use for three months and can cancel without any charges .I said yes as I was getting more talktime. But new plan did not get active for two days. I called many times but no one helped ..then they said they cancelled plan but now I got bills for both plans ..t

impossible to cancel, TERRIBLE customer service, will give you the run around. literally worst teleco ive ever had the misfortune to use. wasted probably 5 hours in the last week trying to cancel online, on the phone and in person....

Im giving 1 star totally exhausted from service applied for mobile with my existing plan wich im using from 7 months but they keep rejecting i call customer service try to reach by email and live chat but no one supporting on this matter

Please BE CAREFUL fellow customer. Just one word for their service. Horrible. They don't care about customers. They ignore them. They hide facts even if you ask them direct questions and then overcharge you even if you clarify multiple times on a recorded call.

A lot of work is needed to improve this app. Among other things the chat interface is not intuitive. Moreover if you press back button while chatting, you are logged out of chat in the middle of your request. Cherry on the cake: there dev team couldn't care less. They have a stock reply for every bad review where they ask to provide a screenshot. I got the same reply. I'm sure they haven't bothered to read my comment -- taking a screenshot of what I described is not possible!

The latest update is a disaster. The user experience is very poor and the interface changed so drastically that I can no longer find, for example, my monthly bills. Now it just bugs and won't even sign me in.
