    Update 9-may-2020 app and website down, but can't see the bill as the stopped sending the PDF bill in the email. Old PDFs dont have page 4 which shows billed items. The app is down for maintenance every night. Why is that and what does that say about the availability of infrastructure. The app does not aggregate the different bundles that make up my busines plan 120. Needs work.

    ellierst I think online recharge is a good way but unfortunately so many times. i am having problem with this. the money will not come into my account. today i had some emergency but facing the same ishue. they cut money from my bank account but didn't come in to my du account. so next time i will not use this function because it will not work in any emergency situation. my bank account is showing me 25 AED debited from du but as usual it will come to my account tomorrow. please review your this system

    s Details such as data and minutes remaining are not updated in app. Whenever i open app it shows something went wrong. Being a loyal customer for more than 5 years , i am sorry to say now DU is not upto its standard.

    lication form The worst Data service provider in UAE, even if we recieve a message on our mobile 15 seconds data will get disconnect, nothing to describe about while we recieve a call, after finishing the call 30 seconds will take to reconnect data service. Etisalat is 100 times better than DU

    I always have a terrible experience using du plus you're agents where rude when communicating to ur consumers. The app process the info of the purchased that yu do very late after showing an error that it didn't go through so basically yu gonna have to do it again. Then they will charge yu twice after that they will gonna tell yu that they can't do refund. In the first place it should reflect in ur account using this app right away after purchasing so u can avoid doing the process again. Verybad

    Worst Experience.tried to contact customer service for data issue no reply and no one atnds the call either . Data not renewed it's almost 3 hours gone still not renewed. Now I hav to use start stop data bcos of this issue. Paid for monthly data and bcos of this issue now I have to pay for start stop too . Worst experience .

    I did knew that after I recharge my account my sim balance been deducted and I don't know why its been happening from long time. I top up balance by 50 Aed and 31 aed deducted because of previous loans but remaining 19 aed been deducted over night I even didn't know reason because I just made one call for 20 second and all balance gone.... not trusted telecom service.

    Full of errors. Disgusting application. I'm trying to upgrade since 10 days through application and its showing error. Customer service has promised me call back within 24 hours, 2 times and someone is yet to call me. I'm paying the price for being a good customer who pays the bills on time.

    Shocking service by DU. Waiting 72 hours to resolve internet service. Used your app, visited a branch, sent an email, called and was on hold for 2 hours before being disconnected. And still, nobody has responded or rectified the issue.

    Du has the worst coverage in the UAE and i am a postpaid user of DU and it was the worst decision of my life to have a postpaid contract with DU (i am regretting). Etisalat's connection and data is way faster than DU and i am glad that my postpaid contract with DU is gonna over soon and then i'll convert my number to Etisalat and continue my coverage with them.

    Worst app no one bother to reply in instant chat if you are waiting suddenly you will see your chat is close automatically can message will be appeared no agent is available to reach you. I will be happy if someone read and try to solve that issue.

    Their is Nothing good in this app like Etisalat, I have a Du postpaid and I want to shift to prepaid as I want to travel for two months and I got shocked when they told me to pay 100 AED,, so I shift for Etisalat for Free :) This month I told my self let to move to Du,, I got shocked again and I did one of my worst dission ever ,, they paid me 58 AED for what!!!!! What a stupid policy,,,, I will shift to Etisalat next month. Advice from a brand switcher never shift or buy Du

    Du have third class engineer and they really don't know how to solve the problem. I have activated my non stop data, after activated i was unable to use internet still not it is activated and now i couldn't deactivate it. even du customer care and technical department has giving me times from two weeks. They has solution if my problem just credit 50aed in my account, last time after complaint a lady she told me i will credit in your account, u don't need to do anything. Etislate is better

    Wish I could give zero. I got a tourist sim which is a biggest scam. If they give u tourist sim at airport, dont activate it just throw it in dust bin. All packs are expensive. Also incorrect billing. Better buy a new sim at any authorised service center preferably etisalat

    Avoid Du like the plague. While in Dubai on a business trip, I topped up my data on my tourist sim. They gladly stole my money but never gave me my data. When in Dubai , throw the du sim in the trash where they belong and use a proper company like Etisalat.

    The most broken system I've ever used. I managed to create an account, despite an error message telling me that the username was taken, I received a text message saying that the process was successful. I tried to login and they said the password is incorrect, even though I know it's not. I JUST SET IT. I try to recover my password by entering my mobile number and it says number not available. WHAT IS THIS? Seriously how can a company so big have a system that's THIS bad?!?

    I don't get your billings. I have a plan 200dhs monthly and 3 months for 125dhs so why the first 2 weeks i got 0 then i got 119dhs the second month 216dhs.

    inaccurate app, I get higher phone bills when looking the free calls from this app. It shows less calls while we look at it end of the month, and when we complete the free calls as according to the app, it appear as extra charges in the monthly bills..it happened more than 3months for me. Also there is no option with Du, for stopping calls when quota complete.

    The app is unable to show ur remaining minutes and data instantly, which is a strategy by du to make people over use and loot them. The app showed I had minutes left and when I used it for call then they charged me dh 39 for it, because the app showed me i had minutes left but actually i did not.. Even after the call was over i saw few minutes remaining on the app.

    Most of the times this app causes frustration. I made a payment using my credit card and I received a confirmation email as well text message with a payment reference number. Right after 10 mins I received a text message with different reference number stating that WE HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO SUCCESSFULLY PROCESS YOUR PAYMENT!!!

    Never pay your bills from this app. I have a very bad experience. You will get confirmationbut, and cash deduct from your bank, but it will not reflect in du system they will disconnect your line due to non payment. And they simple tell to send mail and wait i have send mail with payment confirmation mail from du and waiting now from 4 days, now they asking for bank statement. What a great service.

    1. We don't want to activate auto update all apps from playstore. This app should have built-in auto update option like pubg has it. 2. There should be chat option also available in the app. 3. Du helpline number also should be in it. We have to Google every time to get the number.

    The most broken network to use as most of my incoming calls can't be received properly in my office. I use landline to call a number back even though having a postpaid connection as the network is very poor, To check the balance in the app I have to use broadband connection as most of the time it shows error or Try again in the 4G network.

    Du is a cheating sms, play with users balance 1/02/20, I loaded 50 AED to subscribe bundle for nonstop I received this " Your AED 50 Non-stop data is now active. The speed of 192 Kbps will be reduced to 72 Kbps after 155 MB of usage per day. Bundle auto renew every 30 days" The bundle was auto renew and i needed once, I deactivated the auto renew so that I can't forget it they may reduct my balance without I knowing Now they telling me how I canceled my bundle, it can't work It tricks users😭

After update Now much batter.. thanks Du Telecom One thing more want to know, "Flexy Sms - 65" Total sms is 130 Mean 65 National sms 65 international sms You Send either national sms or international sms, But SMS deducting from total Sms. NOT SHOWING THAT YOU HAVE USED THIS MUCH NATIONAL SMS FROM TOTAL 65 NATIONAL SMS AND THIS MUCH INTERNATIONAL SMS FROM 65 INTERNATIONAL SMS Hope you will understand what I mean. Thanks

    Du plans are very expensive. Internet speed not as promised as per their respective plan. Even if you complain to customer service they don't care. They send you messages stating complain is resolved even when it is not. At Du kiosk they just think about making the customer take the tokens, and not resolving our problems. Dear other customers if you thinking of a mobile network, never buy Du SIM card. Better take etisalat or virgin. Within 1 month of my Du experience I have realized this.

    Worst as always, do not have real time updates, it will show that you have calling minutes available, but it is not true as they do not have real time updates, as i check that i have minutes available to call n then in bill i come to know i end up paying AED 200 to 300 extra, because mobile app do not show live updates, please refer to etisalat mobile app for updating your mobile app.

    Besides showing how much credit you have left, i find this app not useful at all. It always shows 0 minutes left and 0 MB of data left even when I actually do have minutes AND data. And I wish subscribing for bundles could be made less cumbersome.

    Took 105 plan on 11th Jan 4th Feb received bill of 451 since then following with DU CC no one is able to explain why my bill is 451. When I have take 105 plan why there is no intimation if am exceeding limit. 19 days bill is 451 I felt am cheated badly and no one is listening Thanks DU for pathetic service.     Experiencing wront remaining data/ minutes information many times, each time before making international call I always check my remaining minutes on this app but I receive excess billing and billing department does not trust on customers statement I feel their is something wrong in the app and need to be looked after and plz trust the customers complaints and take remadial steps

    Do not buy sim from third party agents, they cheat customers. They will say no contract, but when cancel it, they charge for cancellation and breakage of contract... be careful.
