Completely unusable app. A complete waste of time. Worked well when first installed but latest updates mean I cannot get past Privacy policy screen although card shows momentarily for a second before screen pops up.

After reading all the bad reviews I was expecting not to be able to access this app. But sign up was simple. I had already obtained a Dragonpass membership through my Regus business membership. I'm yet to use it at an airport lounge, but will be next week. All the complaints seem to be from NatWest and Barclays customers, so there is obviously an issue there, but don't be put off if you are not coming through that route.

Completely unusable. They have my data and can't even register me. Doesn't run in the background, can't paste verification codes. You can't check your email for the code because the app will close, and even if you do, you can't copy-paste it. Basically, if you have a mobile device, don't expect to be able to create an account. What a horrible experience.

I like many others don't rate apps but keep well away from this utter rubbish!! Try to join, sends a code, you go to your email to get code and the app close so you have to start again and code not valid, 20 mins of my life wasted so far doing this. This has been provided by Natwest for premier bankers who pay a very large amount each month in fees!! Natwest Having swapped from priority pass to this shower of S! :( I am already on case with Natwest and you will be getting dumped very soon or many high end business bankers will be dumping the Natwest premier accounts Don't waste our time with a robotic message as a reply.

Well that's a steaming pile of poo. Did any of your testers actually complete a registration process before you released this into the wild. If you are wondering why you don't have a lot of active users it's because your registration process is broken. Not just at one level but at every level. Don't ask reviewers to contact your help desk. Try doing a registration with the letter you send with the card, an android phone and someone who wasn't involved in the development and therefore doesn't know the magic process required to actually get a registration to work. Too hard, lost one user. Best of luck with your business model on smartphones.

I find it very user unfriendly, just inputting your birthday for a more mature person takes forever and a day, the verification codes take several minutes to arrive and the application is not intuitive. Like many apps, they seem more interested in extracting money from you than offering a service.

The bad reviews clearly indicate there is a problem in relation to certain banks and the registration/activation process. i have a Samsung and find the app to be working fine. i mistakingly bought two cards instead of one, so i called customer support and a nice British guy was extremely helpful and cancelled the extra one(refunding my mistake). the app is easy to use and intuitive. i don't forsee any issues,but if i encounter any i'm sure the client support staff will be just as helpful as today

Bad app design. When you register be sure to sit close to a laptop or PC to access your mails. When you get sent the authorisation mail and need to minimize the app to get the pin from your mail, Dragon Pass exits completely and you would have to start the registration process all over again.

App won't allow login as it wrongly believes I'm not connected to the internet. What makes this worse is that there are already other reviews stating the same months ago and it still doesn't work. Are the developers ever going to fix the issue?

I haven't got past the sign up point yet so the rest of the app may be okay however, I need to access email to see verification code but as soon as I swap to another app Dragonpass closes. Users of this app are forced to own or have access to more than one device just to sign up. I'm lucky that I do but users should never be forced in this way. You need to look at your UX development team and ask why they have overlooked this issue.
