I've used dragon taxis for 20 years, but in recent months they've gone from bad to worse, they can't even find my address or even ring me when the taxi is outside where I'm waiting. I will continue to use you but I'm losing my patience, I will not use your APP until you can find my address, I've spoken to your manager HARVEY with my concerns. Thanks.

The app is great for booking local journeys but seems unable to be used for drop offs outside South Wales for example Abergavenny.

App shows "current wait 5 mins" at the top then shows "no cars" when booking for the next hour. Useless

For some reason I can't set this up. I had the app pre lockdown. Opening it today I was asked to register!. Put in details and was told I would get 4 digit SMS. Never came despite repeated attempts. Now it just comes up with "unknown error" even prior to to SMS stage. Shame, I used to use it.

⭐ Excellent firm, never had a problem with the company. Majority of the drivers are curtious and never complain ⭐ However there are 1 or 2 that moan about price, last week I had taxi from Machen to newport £20, the driver moaned to me that the fare should have been £30, 🤔 I told him to speak to the his bosses I pay the fixed fare. ⭐ I use this firm on a daily basis and won't change just because 1 or 2 drivers are rude ⭐

The most inaccurate times ever. What a complete joke. Quoted 5 mins so I assumed there's a driver nearby. 25 mins later still no one. Ring them and they say another 5 mins. Incompetent systems.

Drivers are friendly and polite. But it is common for taxi to be 20 - 60 minutes late regardless of whether you book it 10 minutes or 10 hours in advance and phone operators constantly lie about remaining waiting time.

It doesn't matter if you choose a time on the app, if theyre busy they wont show up and will never let you know.
