Issues adding coupons that don't add, resulting in trouble at checkout. The app pulls results slowly when using the upc scanner. Sometimes it just fails to pull results in general. Maybe the just for you section could find deals with items you buy more frequently. Every penny counts. And if I'm buying something often, even saving a small amount is a big deal. If you can an item, and it's on sale, like a clearance item, include a note on what's included in the sale by dot, square, etc color.

There are still some issues with this app like all the coupons not loading, prices on items list going to all zeros and the in stock, out of stock option not being accurate, but it is still a useful tool for couponing. Well, now it's not really useful at all. There is no customer wifi in any of my local stores or even ones out of town and cell reception is so bad in store that the app won't work. I don't know what happened to the customer Wi-Fi it used to work here.

This app has become un-usable since the last update. It just continues to load, or gives me multiple error messages. When I downloaded it initially it worked fine. I have cleared my cache, deleted the app and reinstalled, all the usual fixes to no avail. I don't know what was changed, but it needs to be undone!

I love the concept & in theory it would make couponing easier but the app will say a coupon applies to something on the app but won't match up at check out in store. Also, the same items with the same prices comes up to different totals depending on if they are in the list, the cart, or store check out. Because sometimes the coupons take off the most in the list, slightly less off in cart and even less in store. I use this app multiple times a week and it's frustrating for customers & employees

App is just ok. There are alot of items not listed in app that are available in the store and at both of my nearby stores there is no service in the store and when connected to DG WiFi the app doesn't work. Employees at both of my nearby stores will tell you to go outside to get service. Who wants to walk outside of the building every time they want to check an item or clip a coupon and just forget about scanning items with their barcode because if there is no service nothing works. Needs work!!

I had downloaded the coupons but they wouldn't come off the transaction. Some of the manufactured coupons would be on my app but not my daughter's. Can't use app in store, won't scan, employees have no answers. It is frustrating to lose money because the app doesn't work right. I see others do coupon deals and it works.

great app if my coupons would be taken off at purchase. I spend the same amount every Saturday pretty much and faithfully put in every coupon even if I don't need it cause there is times they don't come off even if I purchase the the product with the little tag on shelf saying use coupon in your app. and then the cashier will argue that I'm not doing it right. and can't give me the discount even I can show the coupon is in my cart.

You can save quite a bit of your hard-earned money using Dollar General. I have taken time to research prices with products and have found many of those products that I use to to be available and less money at Dollar General. So I say to you, take the time to look at their ads and think about the items that are of interest to you and compare the savings. Your search will provide savings.

App sucks!!! September 25th. Couldn't scan to see if coupons attached. Everyone had problems with it today. Ya'll lost a boat load of money today. Why have an app, if you don't know how to keep it running. Bad management if you ask me. Every other month the app sucks. The pricing is either off, the coupons do not attach on the app, much less the register. 5/25 works when it wants to. Very unpredictable app now.

This app has you load coupons but then wont let you use all of them at once. I specifically read coupons to make sure i could use all at once. There was nothing saying i couldn't, but it only let me use one coupon and cashier wouldnt give me the rest of the discounts when i showed her everything. This is why i usually don't shop a dollar general, the only reason i did this time was because i thought i was getting a good deal.
