Rex can run even in the ceiling, can't be too hard to escape, can it? Rex will have to escape through 24 levels divided by 3 different landscapes. Dog On The Run is a Runner where you can walk on the ceiling to avoid obstacles. It's simple to play, you tap and Rex will start to run on the ceiling, you tap again and he will go back to the floor.
