Doctor told me the app doesn't work with android phones. Ended my appointment after 1 minute 9 seconds. Tried getting on with another device and found out it will be over a week until the next appointment is available. Says so much about how much they care about my mental well-being. Support told me no issues using android and the doctor was lying to me. Probably had more important people to see. Edit: deleted app, feel better already

The first doctor I talked to was relatively friendly, and I got my prescription pretty quickly. The second talk that I talked to was not friendly spent about a minute and a half on the line with her and for some reason now my prescriptions lost and never never land. I would not recommend this

OBSESSED!! Though my first attempt in getting a physician that would have been a good fit for my issues was a train wreck, my second attempt turned out to be EXTREMELY HELPFUL!! The app works extremely well. I've only had one glitch while attempting to enter into my session, but we worked it all out. Dr. Fritz John~Noel has proven to be a GOD SEND!! He is attentive, methodical, and works WITH YOU to determine your treatment plan. He is my favorite in my entire medical team!

I decided I was going to use it and within 24 hours I was able to have an appointment. I have another appointment already scheduled. It was great to be able to talk to a dr. from my home. No stress involved with having to go out or filling out a bunch of paperwork. Highly recommend this app.

Ease of signup, short wait time, helpful physician, grateful to do from home as I didn't feel up to going out. Prescribed script to my pharmacy. As it is on-demand, that means the app chooses the next available versus patient choosing from a directory. Notified me well on time updates within 20 minutes. Accepts my insurance. Only recommendation is to setup a referral system for patients on insurance that requires it. Thank you!

No better way to keep your emotional health in check. Several doctors available in my area, but found a gifted patient therapist that really listens and guides. Easy to stay connected with the professionals you select. Much easier than purchasing fuel, driving to an appointment and parking. Another of the surprising "something good" that came out of COVID. Feels overall like a convenient and accessible way to access quality care. For therapy, this is a true win.

Virtual visit to refill medicine that I forgot to schedule an in office visit for. Dr Candice Weiner was fantastic, sweet, knowledgeable and quick. Absolutely a great experience and I will be using this app again. I will note to turn on your 'do not disturb' setting on your phone before entering your appointment or the call will not be connected properly.

This is awesome! Consulted with my doctor in the comfort of my home. I easily uploaded pictures and my doctor reviewed them before the consultation. I was able to video conference with a doctor quicker than I would if I had scheduled an appointment with my primary care physician. I will definitely be using them again!

Very simple with very little wait time. I had a very pleasant and attentive doctor. Update: I've been using this service for over a year now. I've encountered a few different doctors. They have all been great. I had one doctor that set me up with a follow up appointment herself just so I wouldn't have to explain everything all over again to another doctor. I like having the option of seeing the same doctor if I set up an appointment. I recommend this service to everyone.
