Due to administrative reasons, the current "DM Care Sugar Communication" will be migrated to "HA Go-DM Care". After the migration is completed, the existing "DM Care Sugar Communication" will cease to operate, and no further updates or support will be provided for the application. The HA Go–DM Care app contains diabetes care knowledge and provides patients with the information they need for daily diabetes self-management. After downloading HA Go, please contact your medical staff to push the "DM Care Sugar Communication" app to you.
