There are quite a few DISTRAINT (PC) reviews out there, check them out if you're still unsure whatever to buy this game! __________________________________ DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE ANDROID AND PC VERSIONS In order to make the Android port as playable as possible I needed to make some small changes to the game. In PC version you have a lantern, but porting this over to Android brought too many problems. I decided to leave the lantern out from the Android version and instead expand the environmental lighting. While doing so I also added more color which makes the Android port more pretty to look at. To have as smooth experience as possible I capped the Android version to 30 frames per second. However, DISTRAINT has a very little motion so this is barely even noticeable.

Hey Mr. Jesse, just completed the game and I just don't have words. It's a very beautiful game! Very unique! Never had I ever played a game like Distraint. The pixel art, puzzles, the atmosphere were great! And oh the music and the story were breathtaking! Not gonna lie, your game made a cold stone like me tear up. There's a whole lot more I want to say about this game but I'm out of words. There is so much to it! I Thank you and your team to make such a masterpiece! Off I go to play Distraint2!

I've played this game 3 times already all the way through, and I am still speechless. No doubt the best story-driven mobile game I've ever played. Gorgeous graphics, wonderfully eerie atmosphere, perfect sound design, and a touching, heartbreakingly realistic story of human nature and life. This is an experience noone will forget. I just want to say that the game is awesome and anyone saying things like "it needs more jumpscares" is a cancerous 5-year old... jumpscares are the CHEAPEST way to build up tension...so, yeah, jumpscares SUCK!!! I finished the game! beautiful piece of art!!! the tension is not really built on jumpscares, but on the jittery movement and uncanny aestethics!

Great game! The concept of dying inside is amazingly demonstrated here. We all have those innocent hearts that don't want to trample anyone's life but our inner demons (for instance, greed of Prince's) force us to do so many horrible things. There's only few horrible things in the world than living with an unstable and radiant mind. Thank you for making this game! I was fortunate to play this.

I love this game! This is such an amazing game. It has good lines, graphics, noises etc. This was the most addictive and amazing pixelated game I ever played. If someome is reading this comment, I will recommend to install this game unless you don't like pixelated, horror and physiological games. But if you do then please install it!

This is the most saddest and scariest game i have ever played :') the puzzles were very good, the story , the graphics(which is very epic), and the so many things to interact with.I reccomend playing this game! Tho i would reccomend buying the deluxe version (which i havent tried yet lol why) to play..

It was emotional. Although this game has some really scary jump scares, the graphics soundtrack is just incredible and fitted perfectly with the story and plot, which is 👌 it makes you think a lot about life, and what really matters, as a human

Very intimate and endearing message throughout this work of art. Its gameplay definitely captured my attention and sentiments!! I recommend for those who love meaningful experiences and stories. As for the gameplay, it's 2-D and can feel tedious at times, to think about the character and ourselves differently.

Very good narrative game. The "Bosses" in my opinion, were just doing their job but in a rude way. Completed the game in 2+ hrs. To be frank the game isn't that scary and hard, but overall it was good.

I loved this game. Did have a time with the mushroom puzzle, but that was it. Many of the jump-scares were legitimately scary, which was such a pleasant surprise. I enjoyed it so much that I bought the Deluxe Edition.
