Prefer the browser due to multiple issues with the app. I had downloaded the app ages ago but I don't use it much because I have a much better user experience using the browser on my pc and phone. I have been trying to get onto the app to check the Disney stickers for the last few weeks to no avail. App does not recognize my account, tells me details are incorrect and further doesn't even pick up my cell phone number. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall but no success. Please fix the bugs

I'm impressed with the app, and Dischem, things just work. I've got one issue though, the last couple of times I've requested generics for one of my prescribed medicines, and each time the order was packed unchanged. I suspect it's not an app issue, but a process outside of the app causing a hiccup.

The "current orders" tab no longer works. I can't track what's happening with an order I've placed. Search functionality is also poor: there are some products I can't locate on the app but I know for a fact are in the store...the only saving grace is when the shopper calls for a substitute then I request for further substitutes.

After losing my physical loyalty card, I've been battling for months to join the loyalty program without any success. I keep getting an error message that says "Your loyalty card could not be created. Please try again later". This is so disappointing because I prefer electronic cards on phone apps and I no longer want to carry dozens of physical loyalty cards from my favourite shops.

App worked great no major issues except that if I use the back button on my phone the app closes, that's why I didn't give it a 5. The service was also great because Dischem called me to inform me that the delivery will be delayed, which I prefer than waiting and not knowing what is the problem. Great experience overall as I was skeptical after reading the reviews here, it seems that most of the issues people raised were fixed.

Absolutely fantastic! I am very impressed. I registered on the app with no problem and got my meds within the hour from a very friendly driver. Highly recommended. The only suggestion I have is that Dischem puts a small description of the product you are shown so that you know that it will meet your needs without having to Google it first. Otherwise with the App and the service as well as ease of use I highly recommend the App.

This is the worst app i had the pleasure to download. The app doesn't take you to an eft option to pay for delivery. It was very frustrating and humiliating because the person receiving the delivery didn't have the cash on hand and the delivery was sent back there is still no medicine for the patient and what am i supposed to do? Poorest service ever.

Giving me continuous error that username or password is incorrect Update 04/10/2021 I have reset my password 3 different times with the same result. Even copy and pasted the exact password used to login online but doesn't seem to login on the app. Very frustrating

At this point im frustrated because this app is a complete waste of peoples data and a freaking useless app!Ive managed to logg into my account sins ive had trouble logging in for a whole ["YEAR"] i tried again after DOWNLOADING the app once again all went well till its time to actually use this app USELESS! I could first not get into the BOOK APPOINTMENT feature and it tells me that the so called "Technician" is being notified the same issue once agian after a year nothing else but USELESS.🤦♀

This app is absolutely terrible when you want to make a clinic booking. Once you choose the clinic, date and time and try to confirm, it tells you that the booking cannot be made. I was forced to make a phone call that lasted for 14 minutes and used up all my airtime!!!!!
