The Direct Repairs app allows you to simply take a photo or record a short video of the problem using your mobile device. The issue is then sent directly to your agent or landlord to arrange the necessary repairs for you. Email notifications are received when the status of your repair changes and you can track it easily along the way. What’s more, the app is completely free for tenants to use. For agents and landlords, our aim is to help you by simplifying the letting repairs reporting system both for your tenants and more importantly for your business, in order to save you time and money. Our Direct Repairs maintenance app provides you with a simple hassle free way of managing repairs in your occupied properties. Gone are the days of expensive, complicated software systems or the endless cryptic phone calls from tenants.
