Wasted 6 hours at least. Useless. Can't even think about wasting more time reviewing. Just read the reviews. Can't believe the UK Gov can partner with such a junk App. Appalling :(

Same as other reviewers. When trying to nfc scan passport, keep getting error message of lost connection. I use nfc everyday and my passport is not damaged and not in a case of any kind. Literally the one thing this all is supposed to do it doesn't.

I tried to set up my digidentity with my email today gave me a 8 digit confirmation code all of a sudden it says my email is already in use and it dropped the confirmation code page now sending me through a retorical viscious process over again and not sending my email the confirmation code on proper timing to enter in the 8 digits first use thumbs down should be 0stars for first use help me for better rating please

Worked perfectly, scanned my passport and read NFC chip. Very impressive.

It's impossible to create a PIN when trying to add the app as a smart card, with a consistent crash after confirming the PIN. This happens both when scanning the QR code and using credentials. Now, I'm willing and able to get my phone to generate a proper bug report to try and help, but where should I send it? For now, the only real options are among using SMS (which is a bad idea), using the Post Office instead, or not using GOV.UK Verify at all and using Government Gateway instead (if you can)

App is as clear as mud and a bloody nuisance to try and set up. Unfit for purpose so I will be deleting it and use the old fashioned reliable methods. I gave one star only because I was not allowed to give any lower. One star is one too many.

The app is crashing or restarting the process when I try to add my account. For something so fundamental such as digital identification, this is unacceptable.

The app is working at the moment. Poor frustrating service. The chat line person Iain was very helpful but problem with the system couldn't be overcome

Scanning takes forever needs loads of tries then finally when I am asked to take a picture some head starts turning with no explanation, then after a couple of attempts it tells me i can start all over. Really not impressed.
